Delicious Italian food in an unlikely place

The restaurant is located in a little strip mall so I was a little leery going in. Turned out to have a nice dining room as well as a take out counter, deli, and small store which also had pre made refidgerated meals. I was there for lunch with friends and the food was really good. They do offer... read more

Family owned; owner seems to know what people are looking for on a Friday or Saturday evening. I was there on business and the owners daughter (Cat) took very good care of us both nights. Fun upbeat atmosphere.....GREAT Italian and seafood dishes. Very fairly priced & the bartender was entertaining. I would come back at least once a week if... More

We've been here before, enjoyed the food, and chatted with the owner. This evening, just a few days after the November 13 Paris massacre, was different; our hearts were somewhat heavy, thinking of people we know and life we have lived over there. Giuseppe sensed our distress, talked it over with us, and then, to cheer us up he brought... More

We had not been to Giuseppe's since they expanded. WOW! Not only a restaurant, but pretty much a full Italian Deli now! We stopped by to take home a few prepared meals and ended up with several more than we expected; the choices are that difficult. Then top that off with imported meats, cheeses, olives, etc. The entire staff is... More

Most unpleasent Italian restaurant I have ever experienced in 80 years. The veal cutlet dinner was terrible The sauce was pungent and the bread was not real Italian. The pasta was mushy and the veal was coated with thick flour. A real disappointment! I didn't eat the meal . Donato

Tired of going to the same places and Guiseppe's was recommended. Went with two friends for lunch and none of us were disappointed. The staff is very friendly and kind. The food was excellent! The only minor downside that I could see was there were no free refills on the ice tea. We were too full after lunch for dessert.... More

First, I must admit, I have never eaten inside the restaurant. My husband orders take out regularly and I used them to help cater a family event. They food is wonderful! The prices are great! and the owners are lovely people. I highly recommend.

Went here for lunch with my wife and the service was good. The food was excellent for flavor. I banged my elbow when sitting down and the waitress brought over some ice in a bag for it. Very cool on her part. Price was very reasonable for lunch

Laid back, unintimedating and comfortable surroundings, friendly staff, but most of all, the highly personalized touch of the Guiseppe, the patriach who oversees a really authentic cuisine of Italian fare that is a culinary delight. It's a must stop for me in "the port"....and only about a six buck cab fare from downtown!

My wife and I visited Giuseppe's for an early dinner. We were delighted by the large number of menu selections. Not only did they have a number of set menu items, you could build your own dish by selecting a pasta, sauce and sides. It took us a bit of time to make our selections. The true measure of a...
