Description: What does creative casual cuisine mean? Exactly what it says. We"re creative, because we reject the same-old-same-old in favor of tastes that are interesting and unique. We're casual because while our food may be worth getting dressed up for, we invite you to come as you are. We're all about cuisine in the sense that our chefs apply high standards of culinary art. There it is. Creative. Casual. Cuisine. If it sounds like your kind of place, then you – like us- are not your average Joe.

We stopped by for dinner one night a couple weeks ago. Was looking for someplace nice to eat outside. We got to be seated right by the road, good for people watching. Service was good. Ordered a couple glasses of wine and my husband had a couple beers. The drinks were good, my wine glass looked dirty though. Not terrible... More

Went out last night to try this place. It had a good deal of reviews so we figured why not. Maybe it was just our poor timing but at 8:30 at night the patio was packed with three families all with toddlers running around like a playground. We ordered a bottle of wine, drank a glass (hoping someone would ask... More

The atmosphere is wonderful. We ate outside overlooking the water. Our waitress was very personable and attentive. The food was fantastic! The warm bread to die for with the olive oil and tasty blend of cheese, red pepper and spices. The prices are very fair and the portions are perfect. This is a definite go to place for a bite... Starting with the positive, the location was excellent, sitting outside on a summer's evening with no bugs. The service was good and attentive. Now the food which is where the wheels came off. The Spring Rolls were very soggy and mainly filled with noodles. The Coconut Shrimp was tasty. The steak tips were overdone and cool, the mashed potatoes would... More

This was our second time at the same restaurant with no air conditioning. The temperature/humidity was high. My wife has COPD and emphysema. This is a reduced lung function. She had trouble breathing as a result of the elevated temperature. They created an unhealthy environment for her. As a result we will be unable to return.

This place is well-managed and very well-staffed. At 7:30 on a very busy Saturday in June we arrived to a substantial line. We had reservations, so I went to the hostess. We were seated within three minutes despite the long line. In fact, I noticed noone had to wait to long, even without reservations. The food was very good (as... More

We sat on the patio overlooking the waterfront park. We enjoyed martinis and oysters for appetizers before dinner, delicious! We had a wonderful dinner of scallops and salad! Unfortunately the service was awful! Brought our oysters, no napkins or silverware, had to ask. Never brought spoons or sugar with our after dinner coffee, even though we asked. Waitress walked by... This attractive Newburyport restaurant has always been a reliable place for a great pizza or a casual dinner--great food, great service. But our last visit was a disappointment. The favorite crab cakes were gone from the menu. The chicken quesadilla did not taste fresh. And the service was a bit slapdash. Maybe it was an off day but it was... More
