The service is always friendly

Good local spot with very good burgers. Glad to have it nearby. Nice place for a couple to get dinner. Okay for families too.

Love this place. We always eat on the bar side. Friendly people and staff. The owner is always around to say hi. The food is beach bar food. Clams and fries are good. Love the fish tacos! They have specials that change often, whatever they feel like making on a given day. We stop in whenever we're on the island.

I'm not sure what else to say other then this was the worst dining experience that I have had possibly ever. The parking lot was empty which should have been the first sign of a bad experience to come. Our waitress was totally out of it, the food orders were incorrect and the food was gross. Don't get the corn... More

I wasn't sure what to expect from a beachy kind of restaurant. The coconut shrimp was perfectly cooked, meaty and tasty with the marmalade jam. The lobster wrap was delicious. My friend and I were too stuffed to eat dessert, but when I go back, and I will, I will get the fried dough!

As we were late and Plum Island was crowded we couldn't get into Mad Martha's or the Plum Island Grille so decided to try this place. It's a typical beach style place with lots of Jimmy Buffet and Bob Marley music playing - fairly basic but fine tables and booths. Service considering the place was not at all busy was... More

We tried the island restaurant on a recommendations of our rental owner. We were not disappointed. The ribs seriously melt off the bones and we had three orders of which everyone was stating " yummy ribs" . We also had the chili and chips tasty also. We will be back and recommend this for price, quantity and quality of the... More

My daughter and I went exploring Plum Island recently, and decided upon lunch at Beachcoma. The building, decor and food are all casual in nature, with a dining room and bar. We were surprised that most of the tables were full on a Monday in May...but it WAS one of those rare, wonderfully warm days. The servers appeared to be... More

Nice to have a fun casual place to go to where the prices are not thru the roof! The beachcoma has its place and fits it well. I do have to say frozen fish, really! The hand cut fries , not worth the calories. Close slaw very bland. I had the pecan chicken wrap, very good. The pizza and chicken... More

The building is outdated but the food was good. we were greeted by a friendly hostess who also took our order. The fish and chips($13) was served with an ample amount of battered haddock pieces and well cooked fries. Both were fresh and not greasy. We also ordered an app of onion rings($5) which were also tasty.

Great food, unpretentious and relaxed atmosphere. Should check out the Beachcoma on the off season, not too crowded not too empty. Good beers on tap, fun drink specials and the food is tasty. They have bands on some nights which can be loud, might not too bad if you sit in restaurant section. Fun to eat at the high tables... More
