The bakery case is full of decorated cakes, cookies and cupcakes, but I have only eaten lunch here. Soups, sandwiches, subs, hot dishes all are very very good. Favorites are the Meatball sub, carrot ginger soup, avocado turkey wrap, chicken pot pie. Service is quick and friendly. Atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. A great place for lunch in Natick!

Just bought a chocolate cake the other day - dessert for a family dinner. Outstanding. Sorry to see all the negative reviews. Totally agree with the un-professional attitude of some of the staff. When I say cake - I mean really good stuff !

I have been there twice and both times have been very disappointed. Most recently I had the chicken salad sandwich and a cappuccino. The chicken salad was fine, nothing special, but the bread was terrible. I thought I was going to get homemade breAd as they advertise. Instead I got what seemed like a day old, white bum that was... If you want to taste the perfect flakey "Paris" style croissant, check out Bakery on the Common. I usually order a ham & cheese croissant and a cup of coffee to go. The restaurant tends to be pretty crowded but well worth the visit. They now also offer catering. A great place to get a bite to eat before visiting... More

The menu here looks great and the food is decent but the staff has never ever gotten our order correct. I ask for something without bacon it, it then comes with bacon it, I ask for my egg to be fully cooked through (I can't eat it raw) - it comes super runny, the iced coffee I order comes hot,... What a shame. A nice corner space in Natick Center, opposite the town green. Perfect for good food, great coffee, and a hearty welcome. Well, you're going to have to go elsewhere because this ain't it! I have eaten here dozens of times and the food is consistently bland, under-flavored, and oh so expensive. Ten-plus dollar sandwiches, $30 lunches easy.... More

Yummy baked goods. Their paninis are huge and definitely worth sharing. Cookies are also awesome and should also be shared due to their size! They offer a revolving entrée menu.

I was here recently with my 3-year-old son. I'd ordered a panino for myself and a pb&j for him. It was taking quite a long time, and in the meantime, my son was squirming and crying. Some kind customers in line (we were near the register) took pity and asked if there was anything they could do to help. I... More

VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I ordered a sandwich. It seemed to be taking a long time to make. After 20 minutes I asked about it - and was told with a lot of attitude that there were other orders ahead of it. I asked 10 minutes later and was told, again with a lot of attitude, that it would be... More
