This place never really caught on. Ok for lunch but not so great for dinner and very pricey. The place is now CLOSED.

After shopping all morning at the mall, we were looking forward to a pleasant lunch. All restaurants were packed since it was the height of lunch hour. The fact that this restaurant was practically empty should have warned us. I had dined there a few years ago and recalled a positive experience. After being seated, I noticed the place was... More

Terrible experience. We had a 6:15 reservation before a private Nordstrom event which began at 7:30. Our waitress told us they were out of a long list of items, then explained to us Sunday is an "off" night in the restaurant industry and its hard to get fresh items on a Sunday. This made me wonder how fresh the food... More

What a total failure. This place was about as southwest french as a taco served in China. The salads were over engineered (farro, raisins, pepitos, etc) and my $40 steak was absolutely charred on the outside. I was still tasting carbon in my mouth the next morning. The wine list was mostly Italian and Californian, and over priced to boot.... More

There once were 3 Sel de la Terre restaurants, 2 in Boston and the one in Natick. Alas, there is now only one, in Natick, and alas I must say that one of the others should have been the survivor. Situated in the mall the decor is inviting and the seating spacious. We had lunch and were somewhat disappointed in... More

Fantastic! Couldn't have been better. Service was wonderful. Surprised since it is in the mall, but don't let that stop you.

I travel to Natick to shop at the mall 2 to 3 times a year. The ability to have a nice dinner at the end of the day close to our hotel (next door to the mall) is so convenient. I have dined at Sel De La Terre many times and the food is quite good, the atmosphere pleasant. The... More

My wife and I have dined at Sel de la Terre several times, but this was a business dinner - two of us locals and our two hosts from WI and SC. We were startled at how empty the restaurant was mid-evening on an August Wednesday - hopefully it's just the late summer shopper doldrums. The cocktails are classic enough,... More

What a treat! Don't let the fact that it's in a mall fool you. This place is phenomenal. We went to Top of the Hub for our last date night and we both agreed that the food was better here. We started with the Roasted shallots and garlic confit on bread which was delicious the garlic smeared on the bread... More
