For many years, dowtown Natick has lacked a local pub - like restaurant to go to for enjoying your favorite adult beverage with decent fare and sporting events on large screens. Morse Tavern has filled this void and the food quality and portions are respectable. The prices are very reasonable.

This is more of a local hang out. Good people and it has good sandwiches and stuff. Not a great place but a good place to be. Local sports on the TV.

When I was a kid, this land was the site of Nick's...a white painted road-side stand sort of place serving frappes, fried clams, hot dogs and ice cream cones. We don't get to Natick very often now, but today decided to try the Morse Tavern for lunch at about 1:45 PM. Were we too late? No. We were promptly seated... More

Morse Tavern is a large improvement from Nicholas, the food is good and reasonable BUT the service is still iffy and it is VERY loud in the whole place so if you want some conversation go somewhere else. AND if you pull into the parking lot and it's full go somewhere else because their service is iffy at best but... More

I had no idea that they had the best pizza in town until our last visit when other patrons were taking pizza to go and said their pizza was the best kept secret. I agree! The BBQ chicken pizza may be my favorite but the others are all fresh and incredible as well. The Guinness is fresh and the bartenders... More

We stopped in for a bite one evening. My burger was good as was my families meal. The only thing that bothered us was that our daughter ordered a pineapple juice and got a Mai Tai instead. When we brought it to the server's attention, he shrugged his shoulders, took it back and brought her another. She is only 16... More

I decided to give this place another shot with our group just dropping in on a Thursday night. There were ~12 of us and our experience really couldn't have been more different than my prior review! I'm happy to say that Jessie (our waitress) was super pleasant and efficient. She did everything right. The food was good, served hot (or... More

We booked the function room for a group of 40-50 for dinner last Saturday night. They had plenty of time to ensure that they had adequate staff for this event and they cut down the menu for us to ~1/3 the normal restaurant menu. Based on my experience (and info from another friend who sat at another table) I suggest... More

I recently went with a few friends on a week night to play trivia. The servers were nice and pretty attentive. Somebody in my group ordered a special of the night, and it took a really long time for the kitchen to tell us that they were out and he had to choose something else. We normally wouldn't mind, but... More

I've been to the Tavern many times, and I usually am happy with the food. However, the past two times I've been there, I was disappointed with several of my favorites food items. I used to love the Caesar Salad here, but the Tavern has changed its Caesar dressing to a thin, runny, and tasteless liquid that almost made me... More
