Made a reservation for 7pm ...seated at 7:45. I would rather them tell me there is no more room for reservations. I could have gone elsewhere. I didn't think I'd wait 45 min. Food was nothing great. I have had better. Chose this place based on prior reviews...disappointed it didn't live up to them. I won't go back...

We ordered sushi for dinner and it was really excellent. The cuts of fish and vegetable were extremely high quality and the vegetables tasted very fresh. Their shumai were also full of flavor and well cooked (not overcooked). Looking forward to going back for dim sum.

I have to say that I did take out food and was a little dissapointed with the amount of food for the price. When I do takeout at other restaurants I get allot more food for the price. LOVE this restaurant!!! We have tried their sushi, hotpot, kitchen dishes and dim sum, and almost everything is above average! The only item that is not above average is dim sum. Had a very enjoyable lunch with my family at Ten Ichi in Natick. Very diverse Asian menu, high quality food, excellent presentation at reasonable prices. Atmosphere had a clean modern and comfortable feel. Would definitely recommend for family dining.
