Luckily this was not our first time at the Bistro or we'd probably never go back... Our waitress, Betty, was shockingly bad. I was there with my aunt and my 8 yr old daughter. There were maybe six tables filled, so basically the place was empty. The service was slow and unfriendly, but what took the cake was when my... More

Yes, American Girl dolls are absurdly priced. But…if my objective was to tickle my nieces as pink as the decor, it worked! They loved having tea and I bet they'll remember that for a long time. The price of tea is not unreasonable, what was served was good and we all enjoyed shopping afterward. (Of course, on top of tea,... More

I like to visit once a year at Christmastime. Lovely pink decor makes it feel like our birthday even if it isn't. My favorite meal choice has been the tea (served after 2 pm). The small tea portions suit the atmosphere the most and is priced right. I wish I could order the high tea earlier in the day. The... More

I took my daughter here and I have to say my experience was all but satisfying. We waited about 30 minutes after our reservation time, and when we were called the girl working there was rude like we were an annoyance to her. I think her name started with a K something. Anyways, we sit down and it takes another... More

We took our 11 year old niece to the store and bistro for her birthday. Despite that the store was packed elbow to elbow, our reservation at the bistro was timely. The service was great . I loved that her doll could sit with us at the table. The food was surprisingly great! I went imagining my chicken nugget meal... More

We enjoyed a girls' day out at American Girl. The staff is outstanding. We rescheduled our lunch for later without any trouble. The girls had personal shoppers which was unexpected and very nice. The food at lunch was outstanding, my baked Brie salad was delicious. The food presentation was intricate and so girly-dreamy actually for little ones. I highly recommend... More

Our family visited the American Girl Doll store in Natick, MA. We did have a lot of fun at the store. Our day was filled with the following: ear piercings for doll, hair style for doll, lunch at Bistro, shopping. We found the doll accessories to be pricey. We had lunch at the Bistro. Daughter enjoyed the lunch experience (decor,... More
