Our family of 4 visited for lunch today. We drove from Buffalo, NY on the way to the Cape. My 9- year old daughter had been looking forward to going to the store and we made lunch reservations. We were seated within 10 minutes of checking in. Our server was friendly enough. There is no kids' menu per we, just... More

Cute place and experience for little girls. The food was very good, though slightly over priced and our server Nancy was wonderful. The manager came over and was extremely pleasant. they were accommodating on allowing us to change the time of the dolls' hair appointments because lunch went quicker than the lady at the reservation desk had indicated. The concept... More

Made reservations online and we were seated as scheduled. The tables were decorated adorably and the dolls got their own high chairs. After looking at the menu and talking to the waiter we opted to go with the birthday package ($107.00) for 2 adults, 2 kids. Everyone got to select a beverage, appetizer and entree. The kids loved the pretzel... More

This review is from the point of view of an eleven-year-old girl, me! I went to the American Girl Store this February for lunch and shopping with my cousin. My favorite thing there is the doll hair salon, where you can pierce your doll's ears, get her hair styled, or give her a spa treatment. The bistro is really fun... More

Luckily this was not our first time at the Bistro or we'd probably never go back... Our waitress, Betty, was shockingly bad. I was there with my aunt and my 8 yr old daughter. There were maybe six tables filled, so basically the place was empty. The service was slow and unfriendly, but what took the cake was when my... More

Yes, American Girl dolls are absurdly priced. But…if my objective was to tickle my nieces as pink as the decor, it worked! They loved having tea and I bet they'll remember that for a long time. The price of tea is not unreasonable, what was served was good and we all enjoyed shopping afterward. (Of course, on top of tea,... More

I like to visit once a year at Christmastime. Lovely pink decor makes it feel like our birthday even if it isn't. My favorite meal choice has been the tea (served after 2 pm). The small tea portions suit the atmosphere the most and is priced right. I wish I could order the high tea earlier in the day. The... More

I took my daughter here and I have to say my experience was all but satisfying. We waited about 30 minutes after our reservation time, and when we were called the girl working there was rude like we were an annoyance to her. I think her name started with a K something. Anyways, we sit down and it takes another... More
