It is a good burger place BUT NOT GREAT

Visited with my family after a ballgame and it was ok. Problem with these chains is they tend to taste so average with nothing really standing out. Offer free fries refills but the fries are undercooked always...steak fries that aren't even slightly brown, look like they just came out of the... read more

Have never had a bad burger yet and I've tried a few. Never ending fries was a nice treat. Reasonable prices. Always my backup on a busy night and never failed to get seated in less than 15 minutes. Not saying that's three norm but that I've been lucky.

We usually go to this Red Robins a few times a year. The food was fine, as usual, but our server didn't show up enough for me to feel welcome. Also, our soda glasses smelled like sulfur, so we got water. Then, we smelled the sulfur smell throughout the restaurant and told the server, who said it might be the... More

My family and I just recently visited Red Robin for the second time. Located at the Shoppes at Blackstone in Millbury Ma it’s a great place to grab lunch or dinner while taking a break from shopping. We walked in at a fairly crowded mealtime and were seated in less than ten minutes. Our server was very pleasant and came... More

I frequent Red Robin often and thoroughly enjoy it each time just about. The food is super tasty, especially the various chicken burgers they offer. The fries are crispy, dipping sauces various and yummy, and the atmosphere is great! The only negatives I would have about this particular place is on 2 occasions they completely messed up my order and... More

Our experience here was a nightmare---the waitress was indifferent and almost rude. the restaurant had dust buildup everywhere. the food took forever to arrive and the place was not busy, had 4 cooks and most just standing around. We will never go to a Red Robin again. The burgers were pricey.

On Tuesday night at approximately 7:30 PM or so, my friend and I went to the Red Robin Restaurant at the Shoppes in Millbury, MA. We had just played 9 holes of golf after work, so we wanted a casual dinner and a beer. Both the restaurant and the bar were busy with a mixture of different sized parties. We... More

I would think it`s one of the most popular places to eat at the Mall especially on the weekends. The food is good and we have always been treated nicely. If your complaint is quick service then possibly you should continue to eat at FAST FOOD places. We enjoy Red Robin even if there is a wait!
