They were just rated "best donuts" by boston magazine so we decided to make the drive. At 9am in a Sunday they were out of many kinds, including glazed and boston cream. Another review said they don't have all the selection until 9. There were a few kinds in the pastry case and a few on the shelf behind the... More

this is a tiny place, a typical old fashioned donut store with amazing fresh donuts. there is a bar stool section for eating in but most customers came and ordered donuts. The half dozen donuts we purchased were delicious!! the chocolate donut was hot out of the oven, the Boston creme were just the right cake and custard balance. Scrumptious!

Have gotten donuts here now a few times in the past few weeks. They carry honey dipped jelly which you can hardly every find anymore. The donuts are light and fluffy and so delicious. They are reasonably priced at 5.00 for a half dozen and 9.00 for a dozen. The iced coffee is good too! The only complaint I have... More

If you want real fresh and often warm donuts this is the place. Around nine AM is when the complete selection is on display (wish it was earlier). Overall the donuts are great. I buy from many different donut shops in the area and I beleive this shop to be one of the best. I only get the donuts to... More

If you are looking for a quick sugar fix and are in Medford, try a donut at Donuts with a difference, but get it to go. If you haven't been coming there for the last 40 years, you really aren't welcome.

Donuts With a Difference is one of those local places that are endlessly popular for good reason. The donut selection is fairly wide, the crullers are excellent, and you can take them away or eat in at the small counter. The place feels charmingly retro and the donuts are excellent if you like our cakey New England style.

I love this little donut shop. They make some of the best donuts I've ever had and the prices are great. I highly recommend the coffee roll! The young girls who work the counter aren't always friendly, but the owners are. The atmosphere is very homey - it's tiny and looks like my grandmother's kitchen from the 70s. This place... More

Overpriced donuts and coffee and the service has a lot left to be desired. I can't understand why people believe that the high prices here are worth paying for, because there not. It's all about perception.
