I've developed a fondness for Bocelli's. It's like someone took a north end restaurant and dropped it in Medford. Lord knows how long it's been there, but it has a nutty charm that I really enjoy. It has an extensive menu, all manner of Italian food, fish dishes...mad Italian deserts. There's an upstairs and downstairs, I think I like it... More

Growing up with a grandmother who immigrated to the US from Naples Italy at the age of 16 had lots of benefits, most evident in the culinary department. She would take a handful of this and that and make the most wonderful things. Every pasta was handmade from scratch, no recipe card in sight, light, fluffy and delicious. Bocelli's food... More

Bocelli's was a wonderful, low-key experience. We had a nice waitress from Sicily who was friendly and informative. I had linguine with red clam sauce. Perfect. Plenty of clams and excellent sauce. I order this whenever it is on the menu and this was one of the best. Very reasonably priced and enough for lunch the next day. My husband... More

Grew up in Medford and this place was DePasquale's Pizza many, many years ago. My neice is now living in Medford so we had to go to Bocelli's! Loved it! The waitress was very friendly and helpful with our selections. I had Chicken Cacciatore that you could get without the pasta - trying to cut down on carbs. My husband... More

This is a genuine, old-fashioned neighborhood Italian restaurant. This place is meant for those who like old-style surroundings and a very relaxed atmosphere. Sophisticates: stay away! The waitresses are young local girls, some inexperienced, but trying to do a good job. The food was excellent. My linguine with white clam sauce had loads of clams; the baked lasagna had a... More

Check out the Stuffed Artichokes, Shrimp Scampi, Tagliatell Bolognese, and the BBQ ribs. Don't forget the free Italian cookies. Tirimasu and cannolis make the night.

Go here once a week and enjoy the casual atmosphere and good food. Price wise it is a great bargain. Nick & his sons want to please and are great people. The staff are terrific!

My family and I have been going to this family restaurant for probably a decade or more. The food and service are excellent. Have had only meat and pasta dishes but understand the sea food dishes are very good also. We always get the pizza as an appetizer, a favorite. The owner seems to be always there and very accommodating.... More
