Great Pizza! Wonderful wine selection and loved the local ambience. Our waiter was from Italy and hilarious as we were starving and almost ordered WAY to much! We also saw a Regina's down at the Quincy Market! This restaurant however was wonderful!

2nd review. 1st. Best thin crust Pizza in area. 2. forgot to tell you about the Fried Calamari with sliced Pepperoncini (vinegar) Peppers. If you just want a snack or light lunch get a nice cold beer and a order of these from their appetizer menu. I've been ordering these for years now and the consistancy is always the same... More

Face it! Regina has just about the best pizza on the planet -- usually. Our visit a few weeks ago missed that mark a bit. This pizza crust was very "doughy", and was not cooked quite enough to have its usual crunch. The taste was fairly good, but slightly off of their usually outstanding quality. The service was the usual... More

I came across this place on my way to Logan Airport and as I had made good time, I felt I could afford a stop to get something other than airport or airplane food before my flight. I had eaten at Regina's in the North End a few years ago and it was quite good (although we waited in line... More

A friend and I ate a fun meal here on Friday night. We sat in a comfy booth and had a great friendly waiter. I always enjoy the dipping olive oil and bread. My friend and I wanted to share a Caesar salad and a large cheese pizza. The salad was a generous portion and I really like the dressing.... More

If you can't get to Regina's in the North End, try this location. It is not like the original place, but it has good pizza. The pizza is not the authentic type - too many toppings for that - but the crust is excellent and the toppings are delicious. My only complaint is the use of those canned sliced California... More

We tried to get into the Regina's in the North End, but the line was snaking down the street. Sorry, no pizza is worth that. But, the Medford location was near our hotel, and we are glad we went. Could be the best pizza we have had in a long time. Service was good.
