Very good pizza place with a full bar

I met my family here since it's walkable from the Wellington Station Orange Line stop and I was headed back to Melrose from Boston. We all got pizzas and I'm a fan of this brick oven style pizza (slightly charred crust) so I'd say the pizza is pretty good. Service was great. Case in point: there... read more

The place is in good area with lots of parking but is super crowded and service is very slow and inefficient. Not the best choice for a nice meal but if you just want to bring a bunch of kids for pizza that is great because the pizza is good and cheap.

Offers mostly pizza, but has some nice appetizers and pasta entrees. Having been there before, I knew the pasta entree was large, so my friend and I decided to split a meal with a side order of meatballs and start with soup. Poor communication brought us 3 soups but that was no problem. However, the soup was not hot only... More

Regina seemed to be off tonight from the service to the food. Pizza was not as good as usually. Bit disappointed in both but will be back as it is the only place I enjoy having pizza.

Having been to Italy I will say that this is certainly NOT old world Italian pizza. It is however very good American pizza. The service was great, thanks Odalis! I would say go here for a very filling pizza with great fresh toppings. The house salad has a lot of toppings as well and is fresh and good. Regina's pizza... More

Had a surprise birthday party for my mom, staff was awesome and attentive and were so nice to let me bring in a cake. We were a party of 14 and had a nice table by the windows. Ordered 6 large pizzas, a few salads and nachos to share among all of us - everything was delish! The manager was... More

All pizza's are cooked to order. You can choose how crispy you want the crust, the size and the toppings are all fresh. Salads are more than ample to share. Varied menu includes pasta, meatballs, and non-Italian dishes. You will never leave hungry.

I returned to Regina when I got my seasonal craving for the original "Old World Style" Neapolitan pizza. This is for hard core Italians, or those who wish they were. Take a delicious, yeast risen crust, top it with tomatoes, anchovies, and capers, and cook it well done. That's it. No cheese! If you are timid, try it "crispy" rather than... More

Regina's has a reputation for some darn good pizza - in Boston's North End...they now have a spot in Medford in the new development near Wellington .....we had a great supper there - outdoor seating which was fun - some of us opted for pasta...most just wanted pizza. The service was good - it was quite busy - but we... More
