Would recommend for a casual, good atmosphere, good food. Fun, relaxed atmosphere.... Had the four cheese baked penne w/meatballs, caesar salad. Good! Would go back.

Great pizza, make your own, or select one from the menu. Can do take out also. The service here is a crap shoot. Some servers are just better then others. They are open late most nights which is nice. Parking is easy, try not to park on the main drag, there's more parking in front of the restaurant around the...

I go here often and usually sit in the bar area which has booths and high tops, as well as a bar with friendly bartenders.Very conveniently located just outside of Boston, with plenty of free parking. I have tried many of the pizzas, calozones and apps....never disappointed. They have a good selection of beer (Peroni on tap) and wine. Prices...

The food here is very very good. Regina's is known alongside Santapio's for some of the best pizza in the Boston area. This location is just as good as the North End, but more convienent for those of us not living in the city. The atmosphere of the place really sets it apart because the lighting is dim, but still...

I love the pizza there. It's the best place to go to get a great pizza, however way you like it. The service staff are always pleasant and atttentive. If in Boston, try the original in the North end, little more laid back and casual, just like being back in the neighborhood.
Great pizza... Service on the other hand, is not the best in the world...
This is a reasonably priced restaurant that is part of a local chain that has been in business for years. The food is fresh and you will find it hard to get as many choices on a pizza as you will in this place. They also have some good Italian dishes. The staff is friendly and the bar is a...

I have been using this pizzeria for take out for over a year now and I have never been disappointed. I prefer the old favorite cheese pizza. This is also a sit down restaurant. It is not the cheapest pizza around but it is excellent pizza.
The Pizzeria Regina in Medford is every bit as good as the one in the North End, without the waits. The pizza is the best ever.
This Regina makes pizza just as good as the North End original pizzeria. The service is always very prompt and good. Good selection of beers. Their salads and pasta dishes are not that great, but that is why I stick to the pizza. The tiramisu and other desserts are surprisingly good.
