Description: What does creative casual cuisine mean? Exactly what it says. We"re creative, because we reject the same-old-same-old in favor of tastes that are interesting and unique. We're casual because while our food may be worth getting dressed up for, we invite you to come as you are. We're all about cuisine in the sense that our chefs apply high standards of culinary art. There it is. Creative. Casual. Cuisine. If it sounds like your kind of place, then you – like us- are not your average Joe.

I was in the area for a conference and our group wanted to eat American-style cuisine for dinner. A friend in our group who lives in the neighborhood recommended Not Your Average Joe. It was a Saturday night and we had a group of eight people with no reservations. The hostess was very accommodating and had us seated in less... More

This seems to be just an average chain restaurant. The food we ordered turned out to be nothing special, a little on the greasy side. The waitstaff was very nice and attentive however. I probably wouldn't eat here again with so many other choices nearby.

The place is basically brand new. Great atmosphere and the food is fantastic. Full bar with beer and good selection of wines. They offer progressive discounts for your next visits, which are really worth it.

I go here a lot and they do a nice job... The specials could be a little more special instead of just being bizarre. Just because it's October isn't an excuse to serve everything with pumpkin in it for three weeks.

Every Tuesday night for the past 4 weeks I have been taking one or the other of my kids here to eat, and we really like it. They have a really well priced kids menu, as well as a wide variety of food for adults. The service has always been GREAT. The waitstaff are quick, polite and friendly. They usually... More

I was in town visiting a friend and came here. I quite enjoyed it. The food was solid. The initial bread and oil was delicious. I think I remember ordering the Mediterranean chicken dish and it was really good.

We wanted a casual lunch and we were very happy with what we got. Our server was very pleasant and very attentive to allergies mentioned and special requests.. Everything arrived as requested. If you are in the area and looking for a casual and relatively inexpensive place, this is a nice option. I did notice a separate room which might... More

Sadly, it's just average casual dining fare. Bread & oil at the start is often the best part of the meal. It's great when you're in the neighborhood and don't feel like cooking, but it's certainly not anything we plan our nights around or take guests to from out of town.

What I don't want to cook at home shows is the only place we go. There standards are extraordinarily high. whenever I go in auto feel like I'm going to a restaurant I feel like I'm going to a friends house, the wait staff greet you not with just hellos and smiled but with hugs also. The managers are constantly... More
