The Big and the Small of it

Had a tuna melt on Challah there for lunch. Was quite small compared to any other tuna melt I have ever had anywhere else. I would call it clearly not worth the money. Only a slice of pickle was included where almost anywhere else will include either some chips or tomato, onion, and lettuce on... read more

A favorite lunch place! Bagels, bread, and all the salads and sandwiches are great! Their cupcakes are good if you are lucky to get a fresh one. On several occasions we have purchased cupcakes and over 50% of the time they are stale from sitting too long. They look beautiful, but they are deceiving. Egg salad is best around! Staff... More

I went on a weekday morning and there were quite a few people, yet service was quick and there was plenty of seating. Muffins and sandwiches are delicious, and everything else looked yummy too. Has more of a diner feel than cafe, but in a good way. Comfortable seating and a nice atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. We will be back.

Everything from fresh bagels to homemade breads and cakes as well as breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Never had a bad experience and we go there all the time.

The bagels and baked goods are made on the premises, fresh and delicious. The soups are amazing. Love the Cubano sandwich! The kids' meals are not only delicious, but nutritious.

This place is awesome and I drive out of my way to get lunch here. The variety of bagels and spreads are great. The veggie sandwich with hummus and cheese is the best. Everything seems freshly baked and top quality. The staff is also very friendly.

My family has lived in the area since the place has opened. At first we would grab a bagel or two- which are excellent. Then we started to get lunch every once and awhile. My husband loves the Cubano and I am a fan of the tuna melt. Now, we are going there for special occasion cakes. The cakes are... More

We were doing a training bike ride for a much longer ride, and wanted a place to have lunch--this was the object. We rode 25 miles to get there. I had a salad with gorgonzola that was super, and they have free samples of bread--I picked the special which had won an award in California. To top it off, the... More

I go here at least once a week if for nothing else than to buy a bread. They make the BEST bread anywhere including New York. I often get a half loaf and then go back a few days later for another half - that way it is always fresh. The first day, though, is heaven while the crust is... More

OK, let's start with the important aspects. They have great cookies. The macaroons are "to die for." They have nice yogurts and good sandwiches. Why 4 stars? I think the ambiance could be a bit better. Their benches are a bit tight to sit on - maybe a skinflint teen could sit easily, but not two adults sitting across from... More
