This restaurant is located in the Popponesset Marketplace. They have awesome chowder, steamed lobsters and HUGE lobster rolls with no filler. Indoor seating is limited, but there are plenty of picnic tables out back where a server will greet you with a bowl of snacks to munch on and take your order. There is also a location in Hyannis right... More

Nifty little bar with some tremendous specialties. It's true, the lobster roll is epic - "All meat, no fillers". The chowder and Stuffies are classic New England flavor. While the menu may be small, all 21 items have pairing suggestions from Chardonnay to IPA. But the drink to have is the Raw Bar's signature libation - Barbados Bob's Rum Punch... More

We had a hard time finding this place-it seemed off the beaten path and confusing to the say the least, but it was sooo worth it! We both ordered a lobster roll. Not only was it incredibly delicious, but it was HUGE! I can't say I have ever had a lobster roll nearly as good anywhere else ever! Someone else... More

Had dinner there this weekend and the lobster rolls were sour. Not even close to what I expected! The rest of the meals were not great either. Cross this place off of my short list .....

the amount of lobster in the roll was huge and tasty. service was good and friendly. BUT, when one eats an amazing lobster roll, it should come on a toasted butter bun. Bun was icky. The roll was pricey, but don't mind spending if great. beware of the soda prices - $3! and is was all ice and a little... More

We visited the small Raw Bar, which is next to the larger cafe and has just 8 or so seats at the bar and a few counter seats. Yes, the lobster roll is pricey at $26, but it is very large and enough for two people. We shared it, and a bowl of very good chowder. Overall, a very good... More

I am a lover of the Lobster Roll, so this is a commentary on their lobster roll as opposed to the entire restaurant, menu or staff. I had take out from the cafe connected to the Raw Bar, so again, just a review of the lobster roll. SADLY disappointed. I wanted to love it, heard great things, "famous on the... More

Yes they can be big, but so is the price. I really don't think it was worth the $ 26.00 and is a little over rated. First it is hard to even find a parking spot. Second, its a cluster when you do find the raw bar. Its a free for all and no one helps you getting a table.... More

I heard about these lobster rolls and drove an hour to check it out today and what a big disappointment. I actually watched the guy make it and was surprised how fast it took. They do not toast the bun and just dump a bag of prepared lobster meat that is heavily dressed w mayo onto the bun. The fries... More
