Relaxing, pleasanst, friendly, good food. Nice little place.

We decided to try this for a relatively light lunch. This was in December at about 1 PM on a Monday. There were few patrons (but it is apparently quite busy at breakfast time). This is the Cape, the old Cape. It's casual, comfortable, homey with good food. Their french toast and waffles are yummy, as are the omelettes. It gets crazy busy in season so be prepared to wait a bit. Prices are reasonable and there is plenty of parking.

This place has been renovated , it's cute and comfortable, but in my mind is grossly over- priced for a breakfast place. The food is good quality,,the portions are small and the prices are high. $12-$15 per person is enough to keep me home for breakfast.

Sandy, While we appreciate your review and are pleased you recognize our efforts to provide healthy and delicious food in a welcoming updated atmosphere, we are quite surprised to read of your opinion that it's "grossly over-priced" considering we have many items for the budget minded, like a short stack of pancakes for just $4.59, 2 eggs with toast and... Always a great breakfast, recently tried the lunch (took it to go), great! Meatball sandwich. Sometimes has a wait but if you go early is less of a wait. Has a counter or tables.

Thanks for taking the time to spread the word about our little eatery in the Mills. We're glad you discovered us for lunch! When my wife and I bought the restaurant last year it had very little lunch business. With our expanded menu, many people such as yourself, have learned The Mills isn't JUST a breakfast cafe! We look forward... More

We have been twice - really enjoyed my breakfast Burrito the first time and the eggwhite omelet with goat cheese was very tasty. Potatoes were cold on both visits. The coffee is very good and the refills are endless. My main problem is we went with a party of six and three of our forks were filthy (egg stuck to... More

Thank you for taking the effort to write your review. We're happy to hear you enjoy our food. Unfortunately, this is the time of year that flies are an issue for every restaurant. Luckily, it's an issue that resolves in a short period of time. Since your visit, we now use an electric air curtain in our service entrance to... More

Good breakfasts....if you have pancakes or french toast, the real maple syrup is expensive ($2.00) for a small portion.

Since we moved to Cape Cod, my fiancé and I have been searching for a good breakfast restaurant. We have finally found it! They have amazing muffins, fruit, pancakes, french toast, and burgers. A little bit pricey compared to other local breakfast places, but the extra cost it totally worth it. Worth a visit if you are in the Marstons... More

We've been coming to Osterville for over 20 years and we're always on the search for good places to eat. If you want a great breakfast and superb service look no further than the Mills Restaurant. I ordered the Lobster Omelette and I was very pleased with it. My kids ordered the pancakes & fruit. Tasty unique offerings with ample... More

Busy place but oh my well worth trying to find it. Our Sat Nav took us on a long journey around but eventually we got it. AMAZING loved it. The pictures speak louder than words.
