I am always amazed by the portions and the reasonable prices at the Bridgewaye. Friendly bar (but they could use more help behind the bar) and also generous pours... A great takeout place as well. Not intimate, but friendly and good service.

The Bridgewaye Inn is a great spot for fresh seafood but their Italian specialties are very good as well as the other fare such as steak, chicken etc.. The menu is very diverse and all dishes are prepared to your liking. The portions are more than enough for one.The service staff are excellent.I highly recommend this spot.

Really good assortment of Italian dishes to go along with the best pizza in the area. If you like seafood they offer the traditional deep fried scallops, claims and fish as well as baked stuff lobster. They offer a steak with blue cheese that is my wives favorite.

My wife and I have eaten at the Bridgewaye Inn on other visits to Marshfield and found the service and the food good. However, this time our service was less then satisfactory. Although it was busy our waitress never came to check on our drinks. Now to be honest my wife only had a ginger ale and I normally drink... More

Walked in to the Bridgewaye yesterday after being to the Oktoberfest event at the Marshfield Fair. We walked in, the four of us, to get a drink and check the place out. The bar was busy and the restaurant just about empty. Since there was nowhere for the four of us to sit together at the bar, we asked if... More

Five of us arrived around 9pm on a weeknight in September when most of the area had rolled up the sidewalks. We expected to be told the kitchen would be closing soon as so many do but were pleasantly surprised to be treated as if we had arrived at 7pm. The swordfish with lobster topping on special was outstanding although... More

Title says it all! That pizza is amazing but do try the fried fish as that is quite good too. The dining room overlooks the South River and on a nice day it is very relaxing

The Bridgewaye Inn has become a family "go to." Like any other restaurant, they occasionally have an off night, but it's rare. Some of our favorite dishes include Asian salad, scallop platter, NY sirloin with gorgonzola and most pizzas. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous, During the summer and weekend nights, expect a long wait and a... More

We've been going here for 5 years and have never had a bad meal. We usually go for the seafood but we also like to take-out some pizza on occasion. The baked stuffed lobster is by far the best item on the menu. It is loaded with lobster, scallops and shrimp..and the stuffing is delicious. It is quite a meal.... More

Our granddaughter had to have her favorite summer meal so we set off for the Bridgewaye for fried clams. The wait was very long and the place was noisy, but in an upbeat, positive way. Her clam plate was huge, the steak fries good and the onions divine. My husbands fish & chips was excellent and better than many in... More
