Finally a tasty and innovative seafood restaurant

This place was great. My wife and I are pretty fussy eaters. When we are paying for a meal we expect quality ingredients, skillful preparation, and polite and genuine service. This place had it all. The shrimp and grits was awesome. The mussels in Chinese sausage broth was innovative and tasty... read more

I loved the oysters and the Cioppino. My colleague got the Swordfish. Fantastic. Cannot wait until I am back in the area to revisit!

We had heard good things about this place and looked forward to a great seafood night. For some strange reason, we were seated in the bar area which was serviced by the bartender (not an experienced or qualified waiter). The lack of interest in service showed! We ordered a plate of 6 oysters to start... they were watery, tasteless and... More

We were in town for a convention and remembered we had eaten here previously. We brought friends with us and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

If you are craving fish then The Fish is your place. Not the fried kind but real fish that doesn't have to be disguised. Would like liked a larger beer selection but there is plenty of wine. Portions are on the small size but the quality is good.

My wife and I enjoyed a good meal here on Saturday night. The service was attentive and accommodating. The food was good and fresh and flavorful. Really, no complaints. The room is nicely lit and not overcrowded or noisy.

Everything is done right but the real deal are the dollar oysters served just right. Terrific atmosphere and knowledgable servers. Miles from the seashore but as large a variety and as fine preparation as any place in Boston or any of the restaurants by the sea.

We were invited by our friends and were pleasantly surprised by this upscale suburban restaurant. Nice setting even with live music. Too bad patrons were so loud that you could hear not music nor conversation. Service was excellent and friendly. And food.... we did not order fish, probably not a good idea at "Fish" restaurant. Every meat and pasta dish... More

I was very impressed with my meal here. It was a beautiful night out. The service was terrific and the atmosphere is calm and lovely. We had not been to this spot in marlborough since it was Coral Seafood-years ago! This is so much better! I was wowed! Servings are not huge but not stingy either. Meals are plated nicely... More

Went to Fish on a warm Sunday evening in the summer. Restaurant is located downtown on a busy corner. There is ample parking in a parking lot shared with other businesses. The decor is pleasant and there is a bar area with windows that open to provide in effect out door eating. (Our visit was on a day that reached... More
