Don't expect haute cuisine, but if you're in the mood for really good ol' American food, this place is for you. Family-friendly, great service, we eat here frequently and have never been disappointed.

The Halfway Cafe in Marlborough is one of six locations, although its the only one I have been to. I work just down the street and the service here is quick enough for most lunch breaks. The sandwiches here are phenomenal. I have had a great burger here, and their "Cape Cod Rueben" is an awesome fish sandwich with coleslaw... More

What a great local find near the hotel we were staying in. (about a 10 minute drive on route 20 east from rte 495) .Small parking lot out front was full. Mix of families, couples and singles in the restaurant. Bar was moderately full. Asked waitress for recommendations. she suggested either the Fish and chips, or Build your own Burger... More

We have been to the Halfway cafe a couple of times. We left today wondering why we don't go there more often. Food is reasonably priced and service is great! From the outside of the building it looks like you are entering a real "townie" bar, but the inside is very clean and inviting for all people of all ages.... More

Yes, Halfway is all the way good!... We readily enjoyed the food, the service and the atmosphere ... Definitely worth a visit... We had the clam chowder, fish fry and a burger.... All was delicious and perfectly cooked... Fish was tender and juicy.. Try it you'll like it.

I had lunch with a friend at the Half Way. Service was quite good. The sandwich that I had was a C-. The french fries were quite good. The atmosphere is OK but many of the booths have worn out seats. Overall this place is just average. If I never go there again I won't miss it.

Kind of a hole in the wall. Had some decent football specials. Asked for a side of fries and ended up with something the size and price of an appetizer. Not a fan of being hit with the higher priced option when all I was looking for was a side add on to my wings. There are better options

Good food at good prices, with friendly, prompt service. They're always playing around with new dishes - more adventuresome than the typical pub fare.

Every time we visit the grandkids - we stop here for dinner -- MUST have the boneless chicken wings with a variety of sauces available -- match 'em up with their special potato fries and a tall brew -- mmmm, gotta go back soon.
