I've been here multiple times and have always been satisfied with the service and the food. The portions are great and the menu has a great variety. It's a really popular place and I'm a fan!

As out of towners and staying at a hotel nearby, we wanted something other than the limited selections at the hotel for breakfast. We then drove to Café on the Common around 10 am on a Sunday and knew we found the right spot because people were already waiting in the lobby for a table. Overlooking the Common with its... More

We have been dining at Cafe on the Common for years, restaurant is clean, most of the waitresses have been working there since the restaurant opened, which speaks volumes to me.The food has a home cooked touch, fresh fruits and vegetables. The omelettes are fluffy and full of just about anything you want to add.Sandwiches are well made with quality products, baked beans are home made... Have been going here for years and it is one of the best breakfast places in the area. On the weekends you may have to wait but well worth it

I have only been once, but it was busy, the service friendly and capable, the food very good. They even brought out a sample of the home fries, which were excellent. Nothing is a super standout per se, but the pancakes were very good. There is free easy parking down the side of the building. Lots of locals. The extra... More

we waited for over an hour after placing our order and had to leave without breakfast, how long can a couple of eggs and pancakes possibly take?!? the table next to us was never cleared of the previous customers dirty dishes -very unappetizing!! skip this place at all costs!

I've been going to this location, as well as their Walpole location for years. I never have a problem with the food. The service is another thing. Some reviews say there's never enough help. I disagree; there's always plenty of help but it's the quality of help they have. It's all worth the wait, though. Food is always good. Jammed... More

Great atmosphere, great location. I had an omelet with home fires and English muffin and coffee with several refills. The waitresses were on the ball and quickly aware when I was making 'more coffee' body squirms. Very nice restaurant. It made a very busy and exhausting international trip very pleasant. I'll be back.

This is a great place for breakfast. The french toast is made with diffeerent style breads depending on what you order. The blueberry stuffed french toast was made with italian bread and the banna nut french toast was made with nut bread. Both were very different from what we have had elsewhere and each were very delicious and filling. I... More

We've been here for both breakfast and lunch and each were very good. We took a chance came here the last time my wife's mother was visiting and she enjoyed her lunch. The staff was very attentive, the food was terrific and my mother-in-law was pleased. Very good all around.
