The food here is great! I always seem to order from their specials that change weekly. The service is great! Always friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I were looking for a good Italian restaurant and she had heard some good things about Serena Ristorante at work, so we gave it a try. The restaurant presents itself well with white linen table clothes accented with black folded napkins and a bottle of wine on every table. We started with a glass of wine; and... More

I found this place on tripadvisor, im a truck driver and travel with my girlfriend on the truck, we decided to try this place out while staying overnight in the neighborhood. glad we did! I thought it was going to be really expensive but we got out of there under 45 bucks even after a nice tip. we both had... More

Went there at 6 PM on July 20. Place was not crowded. Had a 6 PM reservation which netted me a chair facing our friends and a wall. Server came over with a scowl on his face and asked if we wanted drinks. The reply "water for 4" seemed to bother him and he disappeared. Later he returned and asked... More

This tiny restaurant, 40 chairs, is tucked away in Maplewood Square in Malden. The menu is interesting an not just a "red sauce Italian kind of place". The food is above average and the price is right. We enjoyed a delicious buffalo mozzarella caprese salad. I had a stuffed chicken dish with sausage and red pepper stuffing. The stuffing was... More

This very tiny restaurant goes out of its way to make eating a lovely refined experience. With pricing starting around $15 you can not go wrong with any of the choices on the menu. Be prepared to other wait or find the right time to go, as there are only about 15 tables or so. I had the fruit de... More

this little restaurant is a real gem. my meals are always very good. I would certainly recommend having the specials, because they are always very fresh. they never rush you and are more than happy to recommend entres and wines. The neighbor leaves a little to be desired, but we have had any issues and the dining area inside has... More

If you're an out-of-town traveler, you will probably need a member of the local cognescenti to find this hidden gem, but it is will worth the treasure hunt. The chef-owner, who is from Calabria, obviously takes pride in his Italian heritage and his kitchen. Our first course, large enough to be shared by two, included not only fresh wonderful melt-in-the-mouth... More
