This little restaurant is tucked into a coastal neighborhood in Lynn and has it's own antique/gift shop attached. It's one of those truly local joints with lots and lots of character. The atmosphere is a hodge podge of local people, nostalgia, fun staff, and delicious smells all crammed into a tiny space. There are always old movies playing in the... More

Just about everywhere u look, there is something to look at! The menu brings back alot of old favorites and some incredible new ones! Without a doubt, one of THE BEST places to enjoy an extrodinary and scrump-dilly-ishous entree!!! Variety AND a great way to start the day!!

This is a breakfast place primarily. The menu is extensive; there's even a separate menu consisting only of teas! Tables are crowded together, but no one seems to mind. Recently, the owner acquired the adjacent space and was able to expand a bit so some of the waiting line can now wait inside rather than lined up down the street... More

My family and I had a really great breakfast recently at Mildred's Corner Cafe. We were surprised to learn that they've been there for 12 years! How had we missed this gem all this time?! The food was excellent ... served hot and fresh. One person in our party said the hashbrowns were the best she's had in a long... More

Best and biggest breakfast with a large variety to choose from. So much food it makes 2 meals. The decor is very small and cozy. You will wait @ prime time.

A friend took me to Mildred's. Okay, its a bit funky and not what I would have expected in Lynn, MA, but I have to tell you, I had one of the best omelettes I have ever had. And that is saying something. Bacon, Pear, Gorgonzola omelette was ridiculous! Cutesy teacup sort of interior decor with old movies playing on... More

Great spot for breakfast. Delicious food and funky atmosphere . One of my new favorites. The tea was served in a real teapot and was actually hot!

Mildred's is a quirky little place that is only open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (I'm pretty sure but they may also be open Thursdays so check before you go). The food is fabulous and they have an extensive tea list and you order it by the pot. The omelettes are big and fluffy and full of whatever filling you've... More

Very odd decor; red floor-to-ceiling curtains lead into a small, two roomed cafe with breakfast bar. Old movies and Forties era bric-a-brac are the theme here. Some stuff is for sale so you can browse if/while you wait for a seat. Tight quarters and wobbly table made me worry I'd made a mistake when my coffee arrived: strong, fresh and... More
