We had a coupon, so we stopped in. The server LOVES his job, and it showed. He spoke with pride and excitement about his company, and his attitude uplifted us. The ice cream was great, and sitting inside allowed us to interact with Lexington locals, since they seemed to be a primary part of the customer base. Stop in even... More

Good ice cream. Love that there is a water fountain that you can help yourself too, even of you are not buying icecream

Ranc's still continues to please in its Lexington iteration. It's been a personal favorite since their original location in Belmont!! Overrun by Lexington "yoots" many times, but still great.

You can sit here and relax, see the people on Lexington center from the window. They have a big selection of ice cream. Pretty popular place. Don't know why they don't sell pistachio ice cream anymore.

Richly fantastic ice cream in varieties of flavors, some standard and some a bit more unusual. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Top of the line dee-lish-ous.

I come here for two things: pear sorbet, which is seasonal (mostly found during summertime) and the hydrox (essentially oreo cookies and cream). It's pricey for the amount you get but it's the best place to get ice cream in the area.

Great ice cream and super friendly service. I had a scoop of the chocolate chip cookie dough and tiger milk

If you are in the Lexington area, make sure to drop by and grab a few scoops of Rancatore's ice cream. from the looks and taste, you can tell it's homemade and fresh. I have had probably about 5 or 6 different flavors here and never tasted one I did not enjoy. Just like most of New England, this place... More

The ice cream was delicious. I got a semi-sweet chocolate. Was so good and creamy. There were some unique flavors (Tiger's milk, which apparently tastes like Frosted Flakes) and some old stand byes. Highly recommend, it won't disappoint.

The Boston area has one of the highest rates of ice cream consumption per capita, and the area around Lexington (into Bedford, Carlile and beyond) has several homemade ice cream stands. This shop – in the center of Lexington – stands out as one of the best. The ice cream is consistent, and the staff of young people is really... More
