My wife and I ambled here while prowling around the neighborhoods into which we are moving. This is more an Asian fusion than a pure Thai experience. We had one of our favorite (ethnic Japanese) appetizers: edamame, which was quite nice. My curried salmon main dish was also very good. My wife's fried tofu was outstanding. Portion sizes are very... I tend to eat at Lemon Grass about once a month either with my wife or with my son. The menu is very extensive, the food is very good, and reasonably priced. The wine list is limited but this is a small family run restaurant. The service is excellent and everyone there is very gracious. If I have a complaint,... More

We have gone to many Thai restaurants and expect tasty foods and waiters who understand what we want given some food allergies. Lemon grass food does not stand out as tasty. When we have asked to change a dish for allergies we have not been understood and their response has been defensive. They have not been very friendly or helpful.... More

A large group of us got vegetarian (pescatarian) take-out from here. The miso soup is terrific. Another stand-out was the tilapia. The servings are huge, we definitely didn't need to order as much as we did.

We enjoyed our lunch at Lemon Grass. Entrée selections were your basic Thai, but quite tasty with large portions. Service wasn't outstanding, but it was a busy day. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.

That's it, an average thai restaurant. They overcooked my tofu. They took a while to show up and take an order (there weren't too many people). Tea is unlimited. I had to walk over and ask for the little condiment tray a couple of times before it showed up. The place is clean, parking is rough (Lexington, remember). Not great... More

I did have very tasty dinners at Lemon Grass Thai Cuisine and also unfortunately very mediocre meals. The service is OK.

We went on a Wed for lunch and only had to wait a few min. We had a mix of spring rolls, curry, and fried noodles. Service was a bit slow, but overall good!

Went here for lunch on a Saturday in March - small sandwich places nearby were full so we tried Lemon Grass - restaurant was not very busy which should have been an indication. We were seated by hostess but not given menus. We had to catch her attention as she was acting both as hostess and as wait staff. We... More

I judge a Thai restaurant on its pad thai, and their pad thai is rubbery and too sweet. There is nothing notable or interesting. Just average Thai food. Not worth going out of your way.
