Excellent Sandwiches !!!

I came here after I had already eaten lunch at another restaurant, but everything looked set good I still had to try it so I got a couple Sub Sandwiches to go. They were fantastic !!! Highly recommended to eat in or take out !!!

Went for lunch this past week. Asked for the Broiled Scallops dinner. Told it would take 30 minutes which was just ridiculous. Ordered a crabmeat salad instead which tasted good but seemed pricey for what I got. My husband ordered Fried Mushrooms. He thought he was getting sautéed mushrooms and instead got breaded cold mushroom balls which he had to... More

Asked for the daily special...large sign by counter where you order....$6.99 for choice of two from soup, 1/2 sandwich, and/or salad. Person taking order was not very happy and did not seem to like being asked any questions. Ordered the special..turns out that of the seven sandwiches listed on the sign four were not actually available without an 'upcharge'...ditto the... More

My companion and I had the scallop and shrimp plates which came with coleslaw, fries/onion rings. The seafood was excellent and good quantity, fries/rings also very good but way to many resulting in food waste, slaw was ok. This is a small place, holds about 36 people and they do seem to run out of things they should not be.... More

We tend to agree with Bos G - something has happened here which is not for the better. When the place opened about two years ago it was fabulous. At that time the owners were much more involved than they are today and that has made a great difference. The food used to be exceptionally good and fairly priced, now... More

What has happened to PRIME ROAST BEEF AND SEAFOOD ON MARRETT ROAD IN LEXINGTON, MA??? The food used to be exceptional and the service adequate and friendly. NO MORE!! I have picked-up take-out orders and brought them all the way home to Burlington only to discover that they were wrong or incomplete. Insincere apologies and no service recovery when I... More

Prime Roast Beef and Seafood is a family-run business that opened in the spring of 2011. The folks that own it, brothers, are not new to the restaurant business: they used to run Ken's Deli at the old Caldor Mall in Burlington. This is an extremely popular restaurant at lunchtime: lots of business people, high school students, and folks in... More
