I love PHO! A Taste of Vietnam has delicious PHO. The house special PHO is delicious. The basil and bean sprouts are crispy fresh...even in the dead of winter. The rice noodles yummy! The broth, well you just have to try it! My better half had the Pad Thai which he enjoyed. It is a small restaurant with about 10-12... More

To be fair, I am half-Vietnamese, so my expectations are much higher than your average diner, but still, the food here is bland and not really representative of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Of course, most people in north central Massachusetts have no idea what Vietnamese food actually tastes like, so this restaurant is very popular and usually full (and I have... More

business traveler seeks wholesome meal close to hotel and finds it at ToV. I recommend the seafood basil with the white wine. not too salty, pleanty of veggies, good quality and a decent size portion at a fair price. Go and enjoy.

We have been to this restaurant several times and have enjoyed it. We always order the chicken pha, and although it is still mighty tasty and the serving large, I seem to remember the soup containing more veggies, chicken and toppings in years past, now it consists mostly of noodles and a small amount of chicken. The toppings were bean... More

I've been coming here for a few years and like the food. I can find better at Pho Dakao in Worcester but this is closer and it's on my way to several errand places. I usually get Pho with the fresh summer rolls for appetizers. The broth is good and the portions and prices are "ok" The menu is a... More

If you have never tried VietNamese food, it is different from all other Asian cuisine. The flavors are light and subtle; the food is not deep-fried like much Chinese food. The soups are really special, and you can specify how hot you want your stir fries. Best of all...the prices are very reasonable. And "A Taste of Viet Nam" is... More

Located in a strip mall on the side of the road it is easy to pass this one by...but this hidden gem is worth walking in and staying for awhile. Service is attentive and the options are great even for someone like me who has never tried Vietnamese food previously and didn't know what to expect. Its very similar to... More

We found it a few years ago & it has become our dinner stop on our way back home from leaf peeping in southern VT. The dishes are wonderful, great service, excellent prices - just wish it were a lot closer.

I eat here often! This is a family-owned restaurant - with the wife waitressing and the husband cooking. This place is very clean and everything I have eaten here is delicious! My favorite dish is the Lemongrass chicken wings! The best chicken wings I have ever had. My husband likes the quail. Everything is affordable. Birthdays are often spent here!... More

Was in the area and tried this little hole in the wall place because of the reviews. Have eaten in many vietnamese restaurants, including NYC, boston, western mass, and europe, and by far this is the best one. The eggplant, spicy chicken wings, pho, spring rolls, and main dishes were just fantastic. Very friendly staff, and prompt service.
