Under staffed, hot as heck, the worst service I have ever had. Waited 15 min to get a beverage. Another 20 to get soup. Place just plain suckered.

This busy restaurant is pleasing to families with children, for a lunch or dinner out, due to the type and quality of food and the reasoanble prices. Their style of pizza requries an acquired taste. Service is okay; staff is friendly.

You might think, because it's signed as a "bistro", Arizona Pizza is not for kids, however the tasty childrens' menu was a hit & the adult drinks a great "chill down" from a full day with them - LOL! Great, friendly staff, good food & selection make this a treat for a franchise stop, among tons of 4/5 star expensive... More

Casual, comfortable, affordable. Wide-ranging menu that has never thrown me a curveball, friendly service, and super cocktails and chilled beer. This is a great place to come, get some quality grub, and not spend too much money. Always make a point of having at least one meal at Arizona Pizza either in Lee or in Pittsfield. Great chain joint.

They serve good basic simple meals and Italian style snacks foods . We eat there twice a month and frequently use the take out menu.Last order 5 large pizzas and several orders of sides for family dinner for ten. Phil WAllach

Five of us dined at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. There were maybe 3 people at the bar and 3 other tables. Our server had a demeanor that I haven't seen in the service industry in years. She was so impolite. No pleases or thank you's, just tossing the food on table. I was so irritated but I... More

As a tourist the service was one of the worst that I got in the US, the waitress was not helpful and impatient. I ordered French Fries and Panini which was very good due to the bad service the big surprise was the food I couldnt believe it.

When ever I'm in the Berkshires I have to eat Arizona Pizza BBQ pizza! The crust taste so good and is always fresh. My husband loves the bacon burger and my kids love the pizza balls not to mention the individual TV's in the booths. The waitress Megan is so friendly and remembers are names. There is usually a small... More

Wanted to have a nice evening home, enjoying a pizza and a bottle of wine. Went to Arizona on the recommendation of the front desk clerk at our time share. We ordered a chicken, spinach, onion and white sauce pizza. Got back to the time share and bit into the pizza only to discover that it was utterly devoid of any... More

I am baffled how anyone could give this place more than one or two stars. Perhaps I just got unlucky with my meal, but I doubt it. I've had pizza in many places and countries over 50 years and this may have been the worst, with the exception of a school cafeteria in Scotland. I returned it. The waitress who... More
