As a tourist the service was one of the worst that I got in the US, the waitress was not helpful and impatient. I ordered French Fries and Panini which was very good due to the bad service the big surprise was the food I couldnt believe it.

When ever I'm in the Berkshires I have to eat Arizona Pizza BBQ pizza! The crust taste so good and is always fresh. My husband loves the bacon burger and my kids love the pizza balls not to mention the individual TV's in the booths. The waitress Megan is so friendly and remembers are names. There is usually a small... More

Wanted to have a nice evening home, enjoying a pizza and a bottle of wine. Went to Arizona on the recommendation of the front desk clerk at our time share. We ordered a chicken, spinach, onion and white sauce pizza. Got back to the time share and bit into the pizza only to discover that it was utterly devoid of any... More

I am baffled how anyone could give this place more than one or two stars. Perhaps I just got unlucky with my meal, but I doubt it. I've had pizza in many places and countries over 50 years and this may have been the worst, with the exception of a school cafeteria in Scotland. I returned it. The waitress who... More

While the staff is friendly, the food is not great. The salad we ordered was mostly just old lettuce. The pizza I had was not cooked all the way through and didn't look too great.

This is a nice place to stop for a casual dinner in the Lenox area. The staff are friendly and the food is good and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I would go back again!

Arizona Pizza has a casual pub environment. We took advantage of the Tuesday $1.00 Rolling Rock beer special which was served in a tall cold glass. The pizza was average which surprised me for a pizza restaurant. Many of the other diners were getting the 1/2 price appetizers which were your typical bar selections.

Had a really nice young waitress - they had the brick oven for cooking their pizzas which is great. Would go there again.

After a long car trip, arrived in town late for business tomorrow in the Berkshires. Checked into our hotel, but we still needed to get dinner. Tried a Pittsfield restaurant some of us had enjoyed before, but this was Tuesday, and they close at 9:00 PM on Tuesday nights. We asked, and they recommended Arizona Pizza. Back down the highway,... We chose this place for dinner only because it was very close to our hotel and did not seem like the more expensive places in the area. We did not have pizza. What we did have was OK - not bad, but not exceptional. Service was very slow once it was apparent that we were not here for alcoholic beverages.... More
