For the money I wouldn't put this on the top of the list. The food is good but the menu is expensive

The owner is always delightful and very welcoming. They try very hard to accommodate their guests. Sitting on the porch in summer is wonderful. Very pleasant inside.

One of the nicest meals we have had . Food was delicious, service was excellent and price was just right. Have been back since and will definitely go again.

Arriving in Lenox late at night I had not realized that all restaurants would be fully booked, and that you would be rebutted with an attitude. Not so this one! They were indeed full, but could not have been nicer trying to accommodate us. The ambiance was cozy, the food was excellent and the staff could not have been more... More

A delightful lunch in a town that could not be cuter. Disney needs to visit here. It was rainy and chilly the Saturday we stopped for lunch. We were seated immediately in a table by the window that was fun to see families casually walking this busy town amongst many shops and restaurants in spite of the rainy weather. There... More

We had originally tried another restaurant that was booked so this one was suggested and we weren't disappointed. I had a seafood stew special that was very good. The other's had steak, salmon, and scallops. Everyone was very satisfied with their choices. A nice dining experience. The tables are close together and the decor is okay. Outside is really nice... We enjoyed our dinner here so much we returned the next night. It's in Lenox's main commercial area and within walking distance of several B&Bs, including ours (the Birchwood Inn.) Rabbit, duck, lamb, fish in parchment and other French standards dominate the menu. (When we commented on this, we were told the entire kitchen is French.) Each main dish had... More

The salad was very good- mixed greens with figs. The tempura prawns were tasty but not great and the entrees missed the mark. The cod in parchment was bland and almost tasteless - the sauce was so mild as to have no flavor and placed on top was arugula covering the parchment and cod. Strange presentation- not good. My husband... More

Chef Michael Ballon did a wonderful job catering my daughter's wedding. Food and service was excellent. He is very easy to work with and very accomodating! Have also enjoyed dining in the restaurant! Always sure to get a fine meal!

My siblings and I ate at Church Street this past week and it was simply amazing we started off with the mussels which were delicious, they were served in a creamy white wine sauce. Then we moved on to the portabella mushrooms, yummm and not wanting to stop there we had the butternut squash ravioli which was outstanding. Appetizers were phenomenal but... More
