Description: This is a market, but not really an attraction, so I chose restaurant. Most B+Bs have microwaves these days, so handy place to pick up food items for use at hotel or picnic at Tanglewood. Add a stop at the wine store and you have everything you need!

This is the only food store in the small town of Lenox so helpful to have when you quickly need some grocery items. If you need a large order, it is worth the drive to the Stop 'n Shop on Dan Fox Drive or Guidos on Rt. 7. I usually stop in here for sandwiches which they make to order... More

This locally owned grocery story has what you need. In fact, if they don't have it you probably don't need it. Go in the back of the store to the deli and order one of their sub sandwiches. They are all amazing! You will be happy you did!

Wonderful place to grab a sandwich and if you like national newspapers, this is also the place to find the WSJ and NYTimes (reserves the Sunday NYTimes ahead of time in the summer)

A very ordinary small supermarket that is in the town next to tanglewood. Pick up the pate at the deli, get the crackers here.

Can't go wrong with Boar's Head cold cuts. Loeb's uses high-quality ingredients to make their sandwiches, including delicious sub rolls. They sell chilled bottles of wine, great selection of snacks and desserts for your Tangelwood picnic basket.

Best place in Lenox for deli sandwiches made to order. High quality meats and cheeses, good selection of other picnic fixings like wine, cookies, fruit. Handy place to pick up what you want/need and helpful, friendly staff!

It's a bit of a throwback but Loeb's has nearly anything you might need as a vacationer including plenty of NY Times papers and a great deli counter that makes delectable sandwiches. This place is an oasis in a desert of plastic supermarkets!

This market sometimes get a bad reputation, but their sandwiches are really good! The bread is always super fresh and they will take any special requests. They are a little pricey, but worth it! I have been coming for sandwiches for about a year and have just started venturing into the store itself to purchase other items - the produce... More
