We are an older couple and enjoyed a very affordable lunch. It is a friendly pub-like atmosphere and the food was tasty and ample in size.

The weather was perfect for sitting outdoors, eating & enjoying the surroundings They have a variety of food & it is reasonably priced. Traveled alone & enjoyed sitting at the community table!

I stopped in, just passing by looking for dinner. Monday night is a burger special so I lucked out and the cost is, I believe, $5.99 for a cheeseburger. There were beer specials but I had an import, draft pint and it was good. There were a lot of selections, both local and imported. It has that pub feel, a... More

I have emailed the management twice about the low staffing that lead to ~ 20 minutes before being waited on, and then the minutes waiting in between. felt it was not the waitresses fault, but wanted them to know they performed poorly. This is not the first time, and if you happen to be around when their local friends are,... More

Stopped in before a concert at Tanglewood! Crowded but very competent staff. Good food and drinks. Nice location and nice place for lunch.

We were in between performances at Tanglewood, the morning rehearsal and the evening. Stopping off in crowded Lenox we found a good spot in free municipal parking and walked a block to the Olde Heritage Tavern on Housatonic Street. It was so good that we had to write to recommend it. We had 2 really great lobster rolls and "for... More

The heritage or the Taj as the locals like to call it is the honey hole of Lenox. The taj takes all type and is a good place to meet locals, eat good food and enjoy some drinks

Four of us had a late lunch/early dinner at The Olde Heritage Tavern recently. We had tickets for a 7:30 play at the W. Stockbridge Berkshire Theatre Fitzpatrick Main Stage, a short drive away. If you've tried, you'll know that finding a restaurant that's open before 5pm in this area is difficult. But this one is open from lunchtime through... More

We were in Lenox July 4 for a James Taylor concert at Tanglewood and looking for a light lunch. We walked into the Tavern and loved the whole atmosphere. It was crowded with people of all ages and many enthusiastically watching the World Cup Soccer matches. We were told there would be a wait and ordered drinks at the bar.... More
