We were disappointed in the food. It was not prepared the way we asked and the server never came back to inquire if everything was alright.

We stayed at this wonderful Inn and had dinner here before going to Tanglewood. My husband had the veal chop as did our friends and I had the tuna. Everyone loved their meal. Portions are generous and everything was fresh.

Michele describes the food as "Kosher-ish", no pork, no shellfish. I thought it was imaginative and interesting., using high-quality, fresh ingredients. BREAKFAST - fresh fruits, yoghurts and cheeses, homemade jam. Michele makes a different egg dish every day. I had frittatas and blintzes. Really delicious. DINNER - there is a formal restaurant but I didn't usd it because there was... More

This is a must see inn and dining experience in the Berkshires. The restaurant is elegant. The food is delicious, and the service is impeccable. I plan to eat there whenever I visit the Berks.

Beautiful spot especially if you sit in the Rockwell Room. Very friendly innkeepers and waiters. Lovely decor. Excellent food. It was a special night for us. Highly recommend it.

I don't know what the previous reviewers are talking about; our exceptional meal with cocktails, wine and tip was $140.00 per couple. We started with Unique and wonderful cocktails, the Rob Linda and the Margarita were noteworthy. Every one of us agreed our appetizers which included mushroom soup with Brie, salmon cakes, red and yellow roasted beets with goat cheese,... More

We had dinner at the restaurant on two nights in the course of a stay at the Inn. Both nights dinners were superb. The menu has a great range of traditional and innovative options. We had salmon - twice, and steak and chicken, and everything was delicious. I had the trio of summer soups as a first course both nights... More

Fine service and attention, but for the price $200 plus per couple for our meals, cocktail, wine, dessert and after dinner drink seemed rich for what I would say was average fare. By comparison our meals the next night at the Red Lion were only slightly more expensive, but much more depth of flavor.
