Innovative, mouth-watering chocolate

Don't let the strip mall location fool you! This is serious chocolate served up in the form of a variety of bonbons, bars and confections. The 85% bark with organic coconut was top quality. Whenever I'm in town I go here, and I dream of their chocolate when it's been too long. I love chocolate and tend to like Godiva and Vo. We went and had some hot chocolate and that was super yummy. Prices are kind of high but totally worth it for the quality. They have really good cookies too, scones and... More

We spent a lovely cold Saturday afternoon listening to live music, sipping on hot chocolate and trying many of the wonderful chocolates and truffles. This is overall a really great spot.

I visit Chocolate Springs to treat myself to the most wonderful concoctions, and also to buy the best gifts for family and friends. Hot chocolate out of this world. Do not miss this place - it is going to become your new favorite destination.

Lovely place for everyone. We go there quite a bit. The atmosphere is hip and relaxing. If you love chocolate, One can not go wrong here. Recently, I got the hot chocolate, dark chocolate covered marshmallow and my husband got a cinnamon scone. We went on a Saturday afternoon, where there was beautiful music being played on the piano. Everything... More

The artisan chocolates are like nothing you've seen before. The choices of ingredients are amazing and some are exotic. I also spied a case with gelato. While I made my chocolate choices to go into my 9 piece box, (there are other sizes as well) I licked my pistachio gelato. Best pistachio gelato I've tasted with lots of flavor...

The Cafe was near our hotel, so we made a mental note to skip dessert at dinner and stop here on the way back to our room. We made the right choice. We arrived with just enough time to spare before they closed. There were still a few offerings in the pastry case that looked & sounded amazing but we... More

Stopped in to the chocolate Springs Café on a Friday evening after having dinner. While the restaurant we attended was very good there was nothing on the dessert menu that struck our fancy so we headed over to the chocolate Springs Café. Everything in the cases looked inviting but we settled on chocolate covered marshmallows and other various pieces of... More
