Very good Indian Food

The food is very good, cleanliness needs improvement,as there was food particles stuck to the front side of the tablecloth. The wait staff was very attentive. That being said I would eat there again. The Mango Madras mixed drink is worth the return trip.

As we were on a timetable to see a play, we thought we had left enough time for dinner. They seemed to have lost our order, so when we got our food, we had to hurry through dinner. The food was excellent; however, management did not seem to care about the problem.

Although it doesn't look very impressive from the road (as it's attached to a motel), the Bombay Bar and Grill offers marvelous meals to suit any taste preference. The seasonings and flavors are subtle and nuanced so that each dish has a unique flavor. Each member of our family of 5 found appetizers and entrees that delighted their taste buds.... More

We don't often go to Indian restaurants but this one is located in the hotel we were staying in. We ordered several different dishes and shared amongst us and everyone was satisfied. The view of Laurel Lake was a very nice touch.

We had a table by the lake -- very nice. I suggest you reserve that if you can. Food was good -- one dish was liked more than another. The garlic nan was not very good -- it was very dry. We sent one back and they brought us another -- not that much better. The waiter really knew his... More

In the heart of the Berkshires this is a good and representative Indian dining experience. We called to make a reservation and were told that was unnecessary, until we arrived and were asked if we had one! HUH??? They did accommodate us in a few minutes, and I will note that they were full on a Friday evening. We had... More

After a long day on the road, it was nice not to have to get back in the car to go to dinner. So, while staying at the Black Swan Inn, we decided to try this Indian restaurant on the premises. Very good food, but service was slow and seemed disorganized. Nice setting by the lake though.

We've been driving past this place for years and years on our way to PIttsfield or Williamstown, and wondered if it were any good. This past week, we stayed in Lee and had dinner at Bombay. What a treat! For our appetizer we had a dish called Bagari Shrimp that was sensational - I wonder why they don't offer a... More

Looking out at the lake is lovely experience. The buffet lunch has gluten-free options and a wide variety of flavors. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
