Step into the 50s!

I love diners and am so happy Lee has Joe's Diner. It hasn't changed in looks very much, so it is like a 50s time capsule. They have efficient service, great pancakes and delicious specials every day. Sit at the counter and chat with the other diners, or at a table and read the local papers... read more

This is an old style diner that is inexpensive and very friendly. Food is fine and the menu is very varied. They also offer specials. Cash only is the policy and the service is excellent.

*** Please note that I would actually give this place 3.5 stars if that was an option. We came here for breakfast on Sunday morning on 4th of July weekend. This is clearly a local favorite with a very long history, which is why we wanted to try it before leaving to return home. We had high (but metered) hopes,... More

After seeing the diner in the Norman Rockwell Museum, we decided to check it out. The staff was friendly but the food was average. It was fun sitting there and listening to the locals talk.

Good breakfast at reasonable price.Service was quick and food was good. This is a Diner like they used to be....no frills but what you see is what you get. Buy one get one offers on pasta on Wednesdays. Thoroughly recommended

If you want great diner food, smiling and ultra friendly staff and very low and fair prices, this is the place. We had breakfast here and sat at the counter. Their bkfst special, waffles with bacon which was so good and it cost less tha $5.00 is incredible. Their BLT´s were perfect. its a cross between Mayberry and Green acres... More

Had a basic hamburger and fries! Very good. My husband had fish and chips. I will say the write up was a little overstated! All in good food but not what we expected.

My parents had been going to Joe's Diner for years so when I had the chance to stop in I did. I had blueberry pancakes that were huge and delicious. Service at the counter was just what you'd expect. I will stop in there again this summer when I go to a concert at Tanglewood.

Love the old time feel - authentic. Excellent prices, delicious pancakes, eggs, French toast. Not sure how we haven't come here sooner as we have been coming up to Lee for 10 years! Even though it's a diner and really inexpensive I am giving it 5 stars because of how cool it is and how friendly the staff is and... More

My family and I come here every time we go to the berkshires. Old town diner (with the stools and counter), very comfy and cozy. Excellent breakfast)I always get the corned beef hash and eggs and am never disappointed). Giant portions and cheap prices. No complaints here. Just be aware, it is cash only, but they have an ATM machine... More
