Quaint Restaurant with Good Food

Rose's looks like a small pink home. They only serve breakfast and lunch. You walk into the parlor where they sell small jewelry items and are quickly seated by the greeter/waitress/server. We went for breakfast and shared the small room, approximately 8 tables, with another couple. The... read more

Have breakfast every single day that I am in the Berkshires. Omelettes and home fries are the best, the very best, and are so good-looking that I post the photos on Facebook. Blueberry pancakes are amazing. Waitstaff is very nice.

My sandwich was very good but the service was just average. I was seated right off but the waitress seemed a little preoccupied. I will go back.

Staying at the Super 8 next door, we walked over for a real breakfast. The decor reminds you of a bed & breakfast. Very quaint and clean. Service was outstanding. They only serve until 2 pm, breakfast & lunch. We arrived at 11:10, just in time before they started the lunch menu (11:30). It was wonderful. I had the cornbeef... More

Just returned from our car club day cruise to take in the spring flowering trees and plants starting from Red Hook NY and traveled to Lee Mass. The ride to Rose's was the best from this starting point as our destination and was well worth the ride. OMG, the best food and service. Portions were definitely large and staff was... More

Stopped in on our way to the outlets and glad we did. Our server was very pleasant and food was great. The French fries were crispy and delicious and I loved my quesadilla. There was so much food that I took some home and enjoyed it for dinner. Will go there again when in the area. My only complaint is... More

We had decided to come to Rose's on our way home after being in the area on vacation. We were seated right away by a very pleasant staff. The decor was nice---roses as one would expect from the name. The food was great. I got an omelette and while the menu said they are made with three eggs they made... More

We often stop at Rose's but have found that the quality and service vary greatly, especially if you arrive near the end of the lunch service. Our visit just before Christmas gave us cold soup and a cold shoulder. I had to carry the cold soup up the the chatting group of service staff to get it reheated, and it... More

We stopped at Rose's on impulse on our way west through Mass. It is a quick bit off the Mass. turnpike. We had a sandwich special, excellent fish wraps. Portions were huge; we should have split one. The menu had lots of sandwich choices. My partner had the soup of the day, clam chowder. It was wonderful. Prices very reasonable.... More

This place is cute, a great family restaurant. Put this place on a list of places to eat. Breakfast wasn't greasy at all and didn't leave you needing tums.
