The hold and cold tapas at Embargo would be first rate at any time, but during happy hour (4-6) and all day Tuesday, they are a great bargain, selling at half price. Note 1 is that tapas containing lobster are not discounted. Note 2 is that by Mass. law, drinks cannot be discounted. The venue in on Main Street in... More

Great food and great service in a great location. The small plates ( tapas) makes it easy to choose several to get a great sampling of food. See you soon.

The tapas are amazing. We had a vegetable terrine, marinated artichokes on spinach, skirt steak, I forget what else but this was one of the best tapas restaurant ever and we have chosen tapas on three continents so far. We enjoyed the street life walking by. The servers were a real delight and very obviously enjoyed working there, and eating... More

I don't know who Aunt Polly is, but I've been here a bunch of times and have always been impressed by the food. Martinis are great too. Service, however, is the reason why it's not 5 stars- so slow! You'd think when the food is small and the menu is limited it would be out faster...but we must have waited... More

Whilst on a 2 week honeymoon trip my wife and I spent 4 nights in Cape Cod, and regrettably this was the worst experience by far. We were initially enticed by the appearance of the place and the atmosphere, but the food was such a let down. My wife and I are from Europe and eat tapas regularly but the... More

The outside and inside ambiance are quite enticing and convey the atmosphere of a high-end lounge. Service is quite decent And maybe their 'signature' martinis are good- haven't tried them, but tapas... They had the look, feel and taste of, at best, home-cooked stuff by auntie Polly. They are closer to the food produced in great quantities by the countless... More

After reading another trip advisor review, we had the same experience. Went for half-price tapas on Tuesday nite and had to return on Thursday nite willing to pay full price. We actually went a little crazy the first night ordering two and three tapas at a time and found ourselves stuffed before we knew it. But, each tapas we ordered... More

Over several days stay in Hyannis, we found this to be the best restaurant we tried on Main St. Our favorite part was the atmosphere. Live band provided great entertainment. The place is loud so don't expect to have a quiet conversation. We really enjoyed the great variety of tapas and martinis. We tried several different things on the menu,... More

Good tapas and setting -- not great but pretty good, and drinks are excellent. Good place to sit outdoors. We had stuffed mushrooms, scallops, mussels in a curry sauce, all OK. Can't remember the 4th thing we had which sort of tells you something. Service was pretty good, nice place to sit outdoors as well.

Great tapas bar. Half price tapas from 16:30 - 18:00 every day and all night Tuesdays. Great outdoor patio for an afternoon Stella and a little tapas in the sun. IMHO best location on Main Street for an outdoor drink.
