We were introduced to Caffe Gelato Bertini on a foodie tour. The owners have developed their own unique flavors. The gelato is top quality. Flavors range from Cardamom to Salted Caramel. Don't set your heart on any favorite. Flavors change frequently based upon availability and the owners whim. We tried several flavors and enjoyed each and everyone. We will be... More

We stopped here after dinner because I usually trust Trip Advisors recommendations. The location is very central, small selection, very small sizes, average to high prices. Please do not go here if you think it will be anything like Italian gelato, it doesn't come close. I ordered a small 2 flavor cup (chocolate/espresso) and my family ordered small cones (pistachio).... More

Yes, it is the best gelato place ever! The staff is a bit peculiar, but you can tell they love what they serve and are very proud to do so. I enjoyed both visits and all four flavors. If only we had been in town for one more day… Closed on Wednesdays – so plan accordingly.

The best ice cream I have eaten outside Italy. The owners went to Bologna to learn how to make true gelato. Find it down a side street off Main Street (side street next to a bull themed restaurant).

My wife and I looked for the place having read the positive reviews, Hard to find, look for the giant ice Cretan cone down the street next to the JFK museum on Main Street Meet the owners who made their recommendation and we savoured, yummy, excellent gelato, recommended, very good.

I just walked three miles to get another hit of the Clove flavor gelato. It's changed my life. They said they made it as an experiment. Do yourself a favor and try the flavor. Tastes like chai tea but better

Wow! It's kind of amazing that in a tourist town of 100+ restaurants that a little gelato establishment in a tiny house that's not even on Main Street could be rated as the #1 eatery. But, our visit confirmed everyone else's opinion. Cafe Gelato Bertini is run by a senior couple who found themselves out of work during the upgrade... More

This is far the best Gelato! I went for a 4 mile run, than stopped in here. The owners were so sweet and it's all homemade and unique. The grapefruit sorbet was so delicious. I had the vanilla gelato with it. I'm going back to try different flavors and get a large this time.

This place is so not off the beaten track, but I'm sure people who have been on Main Street, have never even noticed this place. On a building on the corner near the JFK museum there is a sign that says Gelato with an arrow. There on the left was a large ice cream cone and this small little shop.... More

Made sure that we made a stop into this adorable Gelato shop after being in Italy this and all the reviews on Tripadvisor. It is a MUST stop sooooo good! It is a little hidden off main street but very close and accessible int his adorable house. Spoke with the owners when I was there and learned they went to... More
