First time back in Hyannis since 09/12 and found that Perry's is gone...I had learned that the owner had retired and the restaurant closed and was purchased and renovated by The Daily Paper, which also has a restaurant in West End Hyannis. I will miss the home made muffins..I will really miss the biscuits and gravy,,,I will miss everything about... More

I just read on the Cape Cod times online that Perry is retiring and selling up. I worked in Perry's on a J1 visa during the summer of 1998 and ate some of the most delicious breakfasts there ever! I had the time of my life that summer, and always planned on going back with my husband and three children... More

Two in our party. The Quiche was better than the Reuben, but both were just your average deli lunch.

My husband and I ate breakfast here both mornings we were in Hyannis. Both times it was fantastic! Nothing fancy inside, looked like a local place to go. I had blueberry pancakes one morning and frenchtoast with their homemade honey wheat bread the next day, both AMAZING. My husband enjoyed his as well. One of the best breakfasts I've had!

Centrally located, friendly staff and speedy service. They open at 3:00am so if you are an early riser, this will likely be the only place open. It is a busy spot and quite small but they are able to handle the volume and there is a reason why they are so popular, great food!

Good, old fashioned deli food. We tried it for breakfast and really enjoyed it, even though most of the menu was "bad for you" food. Would go back for luch. Closes early.

One of my favorite breakfast places. I love a good diner and this is the spot for breakfast, lunch or pastries. Their omelets are my favorite. Portions are generous, locals are always here and it's always busy. Just remember, cash only!

Had the eggs Benedict. To die for! They have great cheap breakfast specials as well. And very good coffee!

The baked/cooked food was wonderful. Fantastic muffins, great quiche, decent potatoes (yes, we were there for Sunday breakfast). Fell short serving canned fruit on the plate. Better orange juice would have been nice. Poor coffee too. If they put the same effort toward excellence on the non-baked parts of the restaurant that they achieve on the bakery parts they'd be...
