Very strange preparation of their meat dishes. I think reheated. Their branch restaurant near the ferries has folded. Too bad as the setting is okay.

I grew up in a Sicilian household. I've eaten the best and I try every Italian restaurant I come across. On the Cape I've found some good ones but I keep coming back regularly to Il Maestro. How ever, last Saturday night my wife and I went there for dinner and tried a special call "Chicken Siciliano" and we both... More

We have been dining at Il Maestro for 20+ years. We have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. One of our pleasures in life is going out for a great meal in a nice setting. Il Maestro always delivers on both counts. We have been dining out on the Cape for 41 years, so we have been to... More

Two years ago, a friend of ours, who lives near Hyannis, recommended IL Maestro's to us. It was a hidden gem! We went to dinner and were delighted with everything from the extensive drink menu to the desserts. The ambiance was perfect for our intimate dinner as was the service. The following summer we went back to the restaurant and... More

Never had such a horrible experience. Manager asked us to leave because I mentioned having an intolerance to minced garlic in a jar with oil...makes me very ill. The chicken piccata was like rubber and not fully cooked. She refused to have the chicken re-cooked and took our plates away and asked us to leave. . Unbelievable! They called us... More

This is Michael, chef and owner of this restaurant of 27 years. Let me firs start off by mentioning that in my 27 years of business I've only had to ask people to leave my establishment a total of 3 times. We give our 100% to try to please our customers and we don't throw people out unless there was... More

The food was delicious and the service was great. They will make the sauce to order, which was nice. They are only open evenings. It is somewhat pricey, but we had a groupon, so it worked out nicely. I was surprised, they did not have Lasagna on the menu.

I'm pretty picky about my Italian food and this is still the best Italian restaurant I've found. Everything is amazing. Particularly the Veal Bracciolentine. It is to die for. One of the best dishes I have ever had anywhere - and I order it EVERY time. Their house Italian salad dressing is also the best house Italian you'll find anywhere.... More

Good service, wines list is priced right. Traditional Italian food. Sauces are done well and has good veal dishes. Friend had a shrimp dish and was disappointed. Soups were thin and needed more beans and pasta. Tomatoes with mozzarella was excellent. Good restaurant for visitors but will need to sharpen his game to keep the regulars. Does give a good...
