We chose this place for lunch due to positive Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. The fried seafood (of which 6 of us ordered many varieties) tasted moist, fresh, and tender (even the clams), with barely a hint of the oil in which it had been cooked. The wait staff was knowledgeable, very friendly, and accommodating. Serving sizes were... More

This is a lovely, very friendly restaurant. The owners have stayed the same for ages and the service is excellent. Prices are high though....we travel the full Cape each summer and we compare "fried seafood" at all Cape restaurants in terms of price, service and quality. This is good seafood, but serving sizes are not as large as other establishments... More

Great for families. Place your order and take a seat. They bring you your order. Fried clams, fish and chips, broiled fish, fried calamari plate. All good. We are regulars.

Family restaurant although not inexpensive. You order at the counter and it is brought to your table. Seafood good, beer not so much.

We were looking for good seafood and put some faith in their website which states they were voted best seafood every year since 1993. I suspect this rating is based on their fried fare. We had onion rings and found the batter to be quite good, so if you coat the seafood in this it might taste good. However, we... More

Fried seafood is a once-a-year treat for us, and the only place we will go to have it is Cooke's. The atmosphere is nothing fancy - styrofoam plates and fetch your own water - but the seafood is terrific and fresh and not over-battered. It is not a cheap night out but it's worth it for good quality that you... More

We make it a habit to drop in at Cooke's at least once a year while on the Cape. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and the counter service prompt, polite and attentive. They are experts at taking orders and delivering the food to your table efficiently with a smile. The food quality is always high. Worth a visit.

They churn the seafood out in megadoses all day long. Expect a line at peak times. Been going here for years & it's a must do every summer for us. The clam strip plate us a favorite. The batter is light & not greasy. You won't be hungry when your done. Family friendly. You order your food at the counter... More

Stopped in during a business trip for a dinner on the later side. Easily located and ample parking. Walking inside you are greeted at a counter with food options displayed, there are also menus on the counter and a specials board. You place your order at the counter and get your drink (they do have beer) and then take a... More

We stopped here on our visit to Cape Cod. It was very good. We had the fish and chips and they were very well done. Not overcooked and the portions were a good size. We were served very quickly and efficiently. The dining area is huge (and a little bit cold and impersonal) but overall I would definitely recommend this... More
