Cooke's in Hyannis is the best. I love the salmon. My husband and I love the fried clam strips. People are friendly. Restaurant is very clean.

Fried food is almost always good. Batter and salt cover a lot. We went here with 12 people. We sampled a great deal of the menu. The fried clams and fries were perfect. The shrimp was crisp and delicious. The fried scallops were succulent. I ordered the broiled scallops, really no masking or doctoring this food. It was AWESOME. Good... More

I have to admit that I have only tried the clam strips, but why mess with a good thing? ;-) The clam strips are very sweet and I could eat them at every meal - and to be honest, I think I have eaten lunch and dinner at Cooke's in the same day! I love the clam strip platter!

This restaurant deserves five stars for cleanliness and for the friendliness of staff. The menu offers more than the fried fish and burgers fare, but keeps it simple. Even with plenty of young kids present, the noise level is pleasantly low. The setting is like a spacious diner, except you place your order when you first walk in.

Been to Cooke's in Hyannis and also the Mashpee branch. Hyannis Cooke's is overall the better one. Always consistent and good quality seafood. The fried clams are good and their fried fish also great. Their clam chowder is a little light on the clams and potatoes though. Would recommend if in the Hyannis area.

As a native New Englander, I was fiending for seafood on my first trip back to NE in three years. The atmosphere here is unpretentious and homey; perfect for cheap New England seafood. The cafeteria style service really lent itself to the cuisine and atmosphere and the staff was incredibly personable and helpful. We had the lobster roll and the... More

We have ate $40-$50 plates all week elsewhere then came here. This was half the price and a better flavor with the type of atmosphere and service I like. Kids loved it. We had 2 whole lobsters, burger, and fish n chips everyone was satisfied.

A rhode islander disappointed. Just an overpriced fast food place. Do not recommend if you know good food.

There are so many good places to eat sefood on the Cape it would be easy to classify this restaurant as average however that would be harsh. It serves pretty good seafood. Prices might be slightly higher than the standard fish frier places but I thought the inside was a little nicer too. Can't really say anything stood out as... More

Stopped in on a sunday with a party of four for dinner. It was pretty busy and three in our party ordered fried clams/scallops and I ordered a lobster roll. It took 35 minutes to get our food which I thought was a little bit long for fried food and a cold lobster roll. The clams were ok but nothing... More
