Neat little place. Had some lovely sandwiches and smoothies! Loved the atmosphere! Their bread is to die for!

I LOVE taking my sons friends here for the first time! We are going to have lunch in a treehouse! Love their Greek Salad...I always order bread with it, homemade and great. Kids love the smoothies...they will make up any combination. And the PB with Honey and Bananas sandwich is a kids favorite! The food is great...the music a little... More

Decent priced restaurant on main street. It has a rainforest theme. They are trying to be a new age/healthy/natural restaurant so ALL the sandwiches are on whole wheat bread. We couldn't even get grilled cheese on white bread. Ironically, they serve soda though which is surely worse than white bread?

Enjoyed a really great haddock chowder here. We also had a very good tuna sandwich. The inside is very subdued in lighting but there are very unique booths for enjoying a meal together. It's hard to describe but it's like something out of The Hobbit with different shaped wood everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful with the menu. The place... More

This place has decor that makes me think we have stepped into Hobbiton...or the place where the Hobbit lived. It's so cool and different that it takes the word "cosy" to an all new level. Food is really fresh and delicious even though it's pretty basic. We had the most amazing Haddock Chowder...loaded with flavour and fish! A warm piece... More

Cute treehouse, hippy, ambiance. The staff was very sweet. We ordered lattes. They do not do flavoring but they didn't need it. Huge coffee mugs of deliciousness! Homemade granola with banana slices all around, raspberry muffin and a turkey grilled sandwich were among our choices. We all loved our food. Would definitely put this on the Hyannis Must List as... The food is delicious and the ice coffee is outstanding. It took me two trips to realize it is run by the Twelve Tribes. the bathroom is a little over the top wallpapered with their newsletters. But no one is preaching just making and serving very fresh delicious food

Beautiful interior and good sandwiches and drinks It's a tiny store front so you have to keep an eye out for it. They had a nice patio outside for when it's not too hot

This place is awesome! When you first walk in, the treehouse type decor makes you think you will be eating with Hobbits. But seriously, the food is all homemade from healthy ingredients. While the menu is limited, the food is excellent. The waitstaff, all members of the commune that runs the place are very friendly, and the background music relaxing.... More

Common Grounds is a unique experience to be sure. I can see why people are so divided by their experience there. It's strange to be able to write about great lattes and cult literature being openly displayed at your table in the same review, but here it is. I think many of the other reviews have covered just how unique... More
