Excellent food - horrible service

We get take out from The Thai House often and it really is delicious every time! Never have had a bad or even a so so meal. Decided to eat in and the food was as good as ever BUT the waiter was horrible!!!!!!! When we walked in he said, "how many" and pointed to a table without us even... read more

Thought about going in for a meal, but to be honest this restaurant looks most unenviting. I suppose it might be ok but the exterior appearance is enough to put most people off.

We are staying at the Bayside Resort hotel in West Yarmouth and decided to drive 10 mins to find somewhere in Hyannis. We fancied Thai so were delighted when we found the Thai House located at the end of the Main Street. This was by far the cheapest meal of our stay in the US (over the last 2 weeks... More

This is a small store-front place which does a good take-out business. There are several tables though, and we ate there. The food was delicious, nice and spicy. Portions were good sized too.

Loved Thai House. Had the Seafood Pad Thai and tried the Crispy Chicken Fried Rice. Soooo tasty. Must visit if in town.

We ordered two appetizers. One had to be sent back, it appeared as if they had refried the dish a few times. It had the texture of bubble gum and a donut soaked in vegetable oil. I don't remember what the other one was but I was starving. The drunken noodles may have been prepared by a drunken chef. Other... More

We visited on our first night and our last night. We ordered pad see eew and it was prepared exactly how I like it. They are generous with their vegetables and portions as a whole. The steamed dumplings were great. The fried dumplings were not as good but it was my fault for not specifying which we wanted. The service... More

I was here with my wife last night and since we liked the place and prices are good we decided to come back for another dinner. Seems family owned. The staff is really friendly and as I said, the food is good and prices are good as well.
