Description: Alberto's Ristorante was established in 1984 at which time, Northern Italian cuisine and fresh homemade pasta were introduced to Cape Cod for the first time. Since then, we have continued this tradition of all fresh ingredients and in-house preparation of every course from the soups to the desserts. Our reputation for casual elegance arises from our emphasis on decor, service, the pride we take in food preparation, and our affordability. Over the years, we have received rave reviews from food critics from the Cape Cod Times, The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, Cape Cod Life Magazine, Fodor's, AAA, and New York Times critic James Beard for "...exquisite Northern Italian cuisine". Our lounge is the perfect setting for a before dinner cocktail, an after dinner espresso, or an even more casual meal. .

Came for lunch and the service was slow and careless. The food had no taste at all. We were the only ones in the restaurant for most of our meal and yey the service was poor.

Yum. I was alone on my last night in Hyannis and walked out of the Black Cat after being seated and left unattended for 15 minutes. I decided to drive Main Street to see if there was some restaurant I overlooked while in town for a week. Luckily I found Alberto's. Since I was alone I opted out of sitting... More

We have always enjoyed any meal at Alberto's. The owner will greet you, the waitstaff are excellent and the food is very good. Also, the Bar is a good spot too. Would highly recommend this restaurant,

We organized a 90th birthday party for 25 people for my mother. Felis was so helpful with the event. He helped us decide on a menu & the wine list. We were in the Porto Fino room with an excellent waitress named Nicole. Everything was wonderful but the main dishes were perfectly cooked from the salmon to the pork osso... More

Our experience at Alberto's gets mixed reviews. My wife started with the stuffed eggplant appetizer. It was a nicely sized portion that was very well cooked, but a little bland due to a lack of proper seasoning during preparation, mostly salt. My Chicken Liver Pate was excellent! Not only was it an appropriately sized portion, but the flavor, the condiments... More

I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy the Roasted Duck on our menu. It is a half of duck cut into two pieces one being a wing and the half is the thigh. We will take actions to avoid any future confusion. We hope will see you soon again! More

I probably have eaten at Alberto's at least a dozen times with complete satisfaction. But the meal we had earlier this week was a disappointment for specific reasons. It took at least 50 minutes for the lunch to be served. We were not informed that a large group was seated in a function room. Secondly, I was annoyed with two... More

Excellent food from salad to desert. Lovely atmosphere complete with white table cloths and working fireplace. Chicken parm was superb. Shrimp scampi was also excellent. Terrific terramisu and Alberto's specialty coffee for dessert.

It doesn't matter when we have gone, summer in the crowds or winter, more laid back, Alberto's is always great food and atmosphere

Granted February is the perfect month to dine on Cape Cod with the exception of Valentine's Day where the waits are forever even with a reservation. We love Alberto's & usually have dinner. The service is awesome anytime of the year even in the busy summers. Food is cooked to order. Never a disappointment. My husband & I decided to... More

After not having eaten here in quite some time, we tried Alberto's over Valentine's weekend and were very pleasantly rewarded. Opting for the early bird fixed price menu, the only extra we ordered was a cup of homemade Italian wedding soup, which was excellent. There is a fine variety of both appetizers and entrees available on the fixed menu ($21.95),... More
