First visit on recommendation and wasn't disappointed. Arrived for a birthday celebration and had very good service from the off. Food was wonderful and ambience good. The only reason we didn't award 5 stars was because the lighting was very low and difficult to read menus when you are 60+ And the ipad didn't really take a good photo. Nevertheless... More

Honestly, I don't remember what I had to eat. But the bartender was good, the martinis were good, and it's nicely decorated.

We chose the Roadhouse Restaurant for a romantic meal without our baby, after several recommendations, and we were not disappointed. We had an helpful, friendly, energetic waitress who was able to steer me in the right direction when I needed help deciding. I wanted everything and found it hard to whittle my choices down! The menu had so much to... More

We had a lovely quiet dinner here and upon asking the waiter a question about the wine selections, he surprised us by really knowing what he was talking about and gave us very helpful information. I really enjoyed the cedar planked salmon, my husband enjoyed the seafood casserole with lobster sauce. Seems like they have an endless amount of seatings... More

The inside of the restaurant is quite lovely. We were seated in the jazz area. The music was nice but it was so loud it was very difficult to carry on a conversation -- definitely feel that the volume needs to be turned down or the band needs to be located further away from the restaurant patrons. Our service was... More

The Roadhouse is one of my all time favorite restaurants on Cape Cod. The service, food and cocktails are always top notch. Two exceptional bartenders MJ and Kel provided great service during a recent visit. They know their menu well and are very attentive, friendly and personable. Great job! If you are thinking about trying this place do it, you... More

So horrible. Sat us at a table in the kitchen. Baked clams were fishy and undercooked. 10.95 for a salad wedge in a broken down restaurant is crazy. Very salty, "jarred" spaghetti sauce. Menu is like a NY diner menu-all over the place.

You've never had clam chowder until you've eaten it here....it was outstanding! The meal was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. We highly recommend the Roadhouse if you are in the Hyannis area.

Nice décor. Good service. Great New England chowder. Pricey but so is the rest of Cape Cod. Great soup
