To be fair to the restaurant. The service was good, the portions were large, and the food was cooked properly, and was hot. Beyond that..... The food was awful. We had Peking beef which was just about edible, but full of fat and gristle. The prawns in batter were like donuts. They were inedible. We had hot and sour soup... More

Am at Cape Cod for the summer and was looking forward to a nice Chinese dinner. Went to this restaurant last night and more than disappointed. First of all the restaurant's carpets are worn and dirty and needed a good vacuuming. The food was absolutely tasteless. We had one of their Tiki specialty dishes and it had no flavor, even... More

The waitress at Tiki Port Chinese Restaurant in Hyannis told us that restaurant management beat her and that she was hit in the time we were there. She accepted our offer to help and we called the Barnstable Police. We've been going there for 20 years, but to eat there again, we'd have to choke down our consciences. Praying immigrants... More

You can always count on getting enough food here. Service is fast and servings are large. You definitely get your money's worth here.

Worst Chinese food. Fried rice was so brown it looked burnt and had no taste and had Hawaiian steak. The steak was dried London broil and vegetable in sauce thrown on top.

My girlfriend and I went here after driving by it on a recent trip. The food was absolutely terrible, my plate of General Tso's chicken was disgusting! 90% of the chicken was fat and what chicken was there was not fully cooked, the broccoli that came with it was hard and uncooked. My girlfriends meal of Chicken and Broccoli was... More

Large portions of greasy tasteless food. I love Hunan dishes and their menu lists some menu items as Hunan-style, but the title is the only things that Hunan style, the flavors and taste are non-existent. The fried-rice is greasy, as are the egg rolls, the Sweat-and-Sour dishes are swimming in tasteless sticky sauce. There are very many much better Chinese... More

Looked online from the hotel and found this place was open late for takeout. After opening the food, and debating whether to attempt to ingest it ( looked like dog food ) We gave it a try (drunk and hungry). Crab rangoons were inedible, rice looked like slop, and the meat was either badly cooked, or not the animal it... More

I just don't understand it. So many people like this place. I have eaten here several times over the past 15 years and it never changes. The food is tasteless and expensive. Those that like it say they give you a lot of food, but the food you get a lot of is rice, etc. There are other really good... More
