The name "Colombo" is the Italian form of "Colomba" the latin word for "dove", which is the "Bird of Peace". It is in the spirit of peace that friends and family gather to celebrate the everyday occurrences that touch our lives. Great food, drink and conversations are the cornerstones for the sharing of these convivial, day-to-day passions. Colombo's Cafe & Pastries stands for the beloved concept born in Italy of the "gathering place"... Truly a place that "welcomes everyone, everyday... At any time" translating as "Benvenuti a tutti" in Italian, whereby the tried and true, centuries-old tradition of "all are welcome" prevails.Open seven days a week, year round, from 11:30am for lunch and dinner.

Very nice experience !!

Our dinner was delicious !! We were a party of 6 on a busy Saturday night and we all enjoyed our meals! I had the Tuscan short ribs with Parmesan Risotto and it was excellent!! The portions were very generous and the server was very attentive. I look forward to eating here again!!

We always look forward to dining here while we're on the Cape, and often do, more than once. The food is really good and tempting pastries await you from the brightly lit glass-fronted display case. We had the veal parm and lobster ravioli. The veal was tender and my husband enjoyed it. I've had lobster ravioli at many different places,... More

Stopped in Hyannis for dinner on way to more distant part of Cape Cod. Other restaurants kitchens had stopped serving but manager took pity on us Midwesterners and served us. Service was prompt. Food was excellent. Yummy clam chowder, warm crusty bread, and excellent Lobster Roll. Highly recommend.

Consistently excellent. Have eaten just about everything on the menu. Marinara sauce is money. Salmon is fantastic (both Asian and Macadamia nut) Eggplant-yum, Caesar salad with grilled chicken-delicious! All the Italian stuff-on the mark! Cesar, the manager is wonderful, wait staff is friendly and attentive.

Went for pre theatre meal. Ate at open bar. Perfect choice. Good fresh food. There is parking next door which is a bonus during busy summer weekend nights. Hyannis can get very busy. Bartender served us and very helpful and friendly.

This is a bustling place to go in the summer. Just broad enough Italian menu and good basic wine selection. Service was very attentive. Generous portions. Food is good but certainly not gourmet. Reasonable prices for a tourist location.

This is an authentic Italian restaurant featuring home made pasta. The menu is varied and not overwhelming with something to appeal to all. There's even something for children! Service is excellent with a friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. Don't miss the bread and be sure to have dessert! There's a full bar and the total experience was fantastic; don't miss... More
