The name "Colombo" is the Italian form of "Colomba" the latin word for "dove", which is the "Bird of Peace". It is in the spirit of peace that friends and family gather to celebrate the everyday occurrences that touch our lives. Great food, drink and conversations are the cornerstones for the sharing of these convivial, day-to-day passions. Colombo's Cafe & Pastries stands for the beloved concept born in Italy of the "gathering place"... Truly a place that "welcomes everyone, everyday... At any time" translating as "Benvenuti a tutti" in Italian, whereby the tried and true, centuries-old tradition of "all are welcome" prevails.Open seven days a week, year round, from 11:30am for lunch and dinner.

Molto Bene!

We have eaten at Columbo's many times. They have an extensive, reasonably priced wine list, with many thoughtful, reasonable selections from Italy, the focus of the cuisine. Me and two friends are new to the Hyannis area and decided to eat out . We stumbled across Colombo's. It has a great outside appearance, nice facility with a good vibe inside also ! We were greeted by a very friendly lady at the door who was chatting to us and making a joke. She clearly knew we were... More

A great spot in the center of town, in the middle of Cape Cod. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner the other night at Colombo's. Plenty of public parking, even with all the snow, right adjacent to the restaurant. Service was great, waiter very knowledgeable and friendly, My wife had a chablis and I started off with a Vodka & Seven,... More

We often visit Hyannis,MA. Main St. holds many of the best restaurants in the region. We visit Colombo's often. When dining there expect it to be crowded and noisy and have a great wait staff and delicious food at a fair value. This trip I tried their Fra Diavlo and I loved it. The other 3 at the table loved... More

You know when you find a quality restaurant and this is one of them. Consistently great food and service. Professional plating, the finest preparation of quality products, exceptional wait staff and bartenders, make this a dinning experience you don't mind paying for. The Cape in the winter needs more places like this to enjoy a great meal. I love it.

Columbos has excellent food; very attentive, not intrusive wait staff; moderately priced offerings. However, yes, there is a however, the last three times we visited our order was incorrect. We pointed out the error to our server but we opted to go with what was placed in front of us as we did not want to wait for the order... More

I'd heard of Colombo's for years but had never been until recently. We went for a GNO dinner and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food really was! Service was attentive without being overbearing, atmosphere was nice and the food was really, really good! Portions were generous without being ridiculous but you didn't go home hungry either. Salmon was... More

We were seated at the outer bar and it was very noisy due to acoustics. We were a large party yet the people who ordered first got their food last and it was a 45 minute wait. This is the off-season I cannot imagine what it is like in the summer. Yummy yummy desserts.
