My husband, son and I visited here a few weeks ago because we had heard it was under new ownership. We had a lovely experience, from start to finish. The food, drinks, service and management were fabulous. I highly recommend trying Bridgeman's.

We have eaten here before - but not since the new owners and staff. Wow! Great new creative brunch menu. Well priced for such wonderful tastes. We all had to applaud when our 4 plates arrived because each was so beautifully presented. The chef behind the glass was pleased.

This restaurant is a real find. Excellent food and service, overlooking Nantasket Beach and the ocean, and a menu that is priced at about one-half what one would expect for quality of this order. Absolutely worth the visit.

Warmly greeted, professionally served, just to start. My dinner date had some dietary reservations, when the questions became more than the server could answer she brought the chef out and he was able to modify a dish so my date was able to throughly enjoy her meal. It's that type of service that makes this a special place to entertain... More

My wife and I went on a date at this great restaurant a couple of weeks ago. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I hear there is a new chef who was at Boston's Top of the Hub. The fish was cooked perfectly and came with lobster mashed potatoes. Basically lobster with a sherry type sauce on mashed... More

We booked a weekend away last minute & when I booked our accommodation I asked for recommendations for dinner. The Bridgman along with several other local restaurant were suggested. We enjoyed it so much the first night we went back the following evening. The restaurant has a large seating capacity including a bar seating area. The ground level dining allows... More

We decided to stop in during the Nor'easter Saturday night. We sat at the bar and had great drinks and very good food. The bartender was very good and made some recommendations for some of the specials that night. She obviously tries the food and is a knowledgeable salesperson. She even got us to try the turnip special soup and... More

An absolutely delicious dinner, and delightful dining experience! The fried calamari was perfect -- not heavy or chewy, just simply scrumptious. The soup of the day, potato and leek, was light and seasoned perfectly. The pasta with bolognese was made differently than we are used to, but quite tasty and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The swordfish with lobster risotto... More
