How can you go wrong. A great BIG delicious burger with an endless supply of steak fries. And now, you can get this all for $5.00. My son had the angus burgers with his step son & loved them. So glad Red Robin came to Holyoke, MA. it offers Honest to Goodness gourmet burgers with Bottomless Steak Fries, as well... More

Red Robin is a favorite of mine and I had a very special experience at one in NH. This one is in Holyoke, MA, and was less great, but adequate. The server was a little too familiar and the service suffered; the food was generally OK, but mine was really not acceptable. Onion soup poor and not hot; wrap disappointing.... More

Best choices are some of the sandwiches like Chicken Caprise, etc. Burgers are nothing to write home about. Nearby, Ruby Tuesdays's has a better premium burger. Red Robin has bottomless french fries, however that's the last thing most of us need. These restaurants are big draws for families with young children, so sit in the bar for a tolerable noise... I have eaten at Red Robin before but it has been a few years. We eat at the bar and starting off with drinks, my husband ordered a Jack Daniels Manhattan, this drink usually throws the younger bartenders, and it did. Had to make it over and then the second one was so little my husband was frustrated. Off to... More

The Springfield location is a bit hard to find as it is tucked into a shopping center and not highly visible from the street. The interior was more open than I have seen in other locations and it was not as noisy. The burgers and fries were will prepared but the overall price/value was not as good as it should... More

I'm hardly a foodie but I know good food when I have it. I guess I've been on this burger kick for a while having been to In N' Out Burger out West and Five Guys and Red Robin closer to home. I like Red Robin and I like its location. Right across from the Holyoke Mall. Of course, there... More

My son and I were making good time but getting hungry. We both decided on a fast stop but not the fast food stuff. The place was clean and well lit, the staff was very friendly and good. Our waitress asked us a few questions and got us in and out when we told her that we still had almost... More

Seated quickly, not too busy, waitress attentive, in and out +/- 1 hr, good menu choices, pink means pink, wife's burger thinner than remembered from past visits, atmosphere good but noisy even though not very busy

My 2 sisters, my aunt, and I were heading down to Connecticut for the weekend and decided at the last minute to stop in to Red Robin in Holyoke for lunch at around 11:15am. We don't have one in Vermont and thought it would be just another hamburger joint, just something quick and easy. I am so glad we stopped.... More

My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time and it was a great experience. The waitress took the time to welcome us since we had never been to a Red Robin before and explain the menu. Although it was crowded we were seated within minutes and were not made to feel rushed at any point. The burgers... More
