Creative food, great service

We were in Norwell and decided to eat local. I have been here before and the meal was just as good as before. It's nice to see quality dining maintained over the years. My wife had wild board over cavatappi. Excellent. I had skirt steak with a dijon rub over wild greens. The portions are large... read more

Friday night and the place was completely full... Thank god our friends had reservations... Even if a bit lacking on vegetarian options I loved the variety of options and frankly the fact they had chicken liver on their menu... The server was nice and all but she should have stopped apologizing that it was her second shift and wasn't sure... More

We live more than an hour away from Tosca so we don't visit as often as we would like but it has become our "go-to" for special occasions. Such an occasion brought us to Tosca last Saturday evening. I don't have a word that can express what a total mind blowing experience this was. The service is impeccable....the best anywhere.... More

This is fine dining. Small portions but delicious food. A bit pricey but worth it for the quality of the food. Wine is also pricey here but very good, high end.

If you like eating like a gourmet in a busy, hip happening place this is the place to be. We have been going to Tosca ever since it opened and it is still as good as ever. We went there Saturday night, March 14, 2015 to celebrate St. Paddy's Day early, and my wife's birthday. (Can't say which one or... More

Drove to Hingham from Andover to check out another restaurant. Got there and were hugely underwhelmed. Left and arrived at Tosca ( it was packed!) without a reservation. Hostess was very friendly and hugely accommodating. The service and our meal were outstanding. We had such an enjoyable experience and dinner, we skipped the concert we drove for! Wish we lived... Wonderful night out! Great wine recommendation, excellent food, can't wait to go back! Ordered the Tosca wine, beet salad, wild boar ragu, swordfish. Great for a special date night.

I went to Tosca with my husband for my birthday. It was a cold and very, very snowy Wednesday night n February, and the restaurant was only half full, ensuring a nice, peaceful meal. The cocktail menu was astounding with all kinds of unique drinks. I settled on a twist on the appletini made with apple cider and the glass-rimmed... More

My SIL and I recently visited Tosca for dinner and a gabfest. Everything was perfect, from the food, to the service and to the ambience. We started with Steak Tartar, Crispy Point Judith Calamari and cocktails. The Steak Tartar was served with radishes, small pickles, red onion, whole grain mustard and lavash crackers. This was my first time trying Steak... More

We went here for a birthday celebration, and it was the perfect place! I had requested a seat in a quiet area and mentioned that it was a special occasion. While the noise level here can be a bit high, we did get a quiet table away from the bar. The waiter came over as soon as we were seated... More
