Still one of the best restaurants ever

If you like eating like a gourmet in a busy, hip happening place this is the place to be. We have been going to Tosca ever since it opened and it is still as good as ever. We went there Saturday night, March 14, 2015 to celebrate St. Paddy's Day early, and my wife's birthday. (Can't say... read more

Drove to Hingham from Andover to check out another restaurant. Got there and were hugely underwhelmed. Left and arrived at Tosca ( it was packed!) without a reservation. Hostess was very friendly and hugely accommodating. The service and our meal were outstanding. We had such an enjoyable experience and dinner, we skipped the concert we drove for! Wish we lived... Wonderful night out! Great wine recommendation, excellent food, can't wait to go back! Ordered the Tosca wine, beet salad, wild boar ragu, swordfish. Great for a special date night.

I went to Tosca with my husband for my birthday. It was a cold and very, very snowy Wednesday night n February, and the restaurant was only half full, ensuring a nice, peaceful meal. The cocktail menu was astounding with all kinds of unique drinks. I settled on a twist on the appletini made with apple cider and the glass-rimmed... More

My SIL and I recently visited Tosca for dinner and a gabfest. Everything was perfect, from the food, to the service and to the ambience. We started with Steak Tartar, Crispy Point Judith Calamari and cocktails. The Steak Tartar was served with radishes, small pickles, red onion, whole grain mustard and lavash crackers. This was my first time trying Steak... More

We went here for a birthday celebration, and it was the perfect place! I had requested a seat in a quiet area and mentioned that it was a special occasion. While the noise level here can be a bit high, we did get a quiet table away from the bar. The waiter came over as soon as we were seated... More

We had our company Christmas party Saturday night at Tosca and the event was out standing from the way we were greeted to the service of the meal through Desert. They are so proffessional and accomodating. I give it 2 Thumbs up!!!!!

I live in nearby Hull, and dine at Tosca regularly. The food is always good, but tonight something was different with the service. While the staff was still very pleasant, there was definitely a desire to move you through your dinner at a fast pace. Since the restaurant does not take reservations, the line of people waiting for a table... More

We love dining at Tosca! We have eaten all around the restaurant, but particularly like the more casual bar room. The food is always delicious, and satisfying. I especially love that they have an excellent wine list as well. I always wish restaurants on the South Shore offered more and varied salads with an eye towards vegetarians, and those who want...
