Our favorite restaurant

Of the many great restaurants in the South Shore and Boston region in general, Tosca has been our favorite for a long time. They never fail to please. Great good, great ambiance.

Tosca is great for that special occasion or just a pizza and a drink. The open kitchen is a show in its self.

High end Italian food. The place can get a bit noisy. Otherwise, amazing but pricey cuisine and superb wine selection.

This is a bustling restaurant that easily meets the needs of families, couples and small groups without any diminution in the quality of the experience. We were a family of 8 and the service was timely, informative and friendly. the menu offers something for everyone from, beef tartare ( delicious), to pizzas, pasta various meats and fish, all rendered in... I have been here more than once and every time I have gone the food has been wonderful. The service is fantastic as well. I would recommend getting a reservation if you want the actual restaurant otherwise the wine bar is first come first serve.

I ate here during a business trip to the Boston area. Meal was superb all around. For appetizer I had the caprese, which was just superb, especially the mozzarella. Being in Boston I felt obligated to order seafood over meat but the waitress encouraged me to try their steaks which are aged on premise. I went with the rib eye... More

I have gone to many a restaurant and ordered duck, this one is always the most memorable. The duck was served as a special the night I visited. Perfectly cooked medium-rare duck with polenta and scallions. Yummy yummy! It had a nice, smokey flavor and the polenta added even more to it. We went here for an early Mother's Day... More

We were in Norwell and decided to eat local. I have been here before and the meal was just as good as before. It's nice to see quality dining maintained over the years. My wife had wild board over cavatappi. Excellent. I had skirt steak with a dijon rub over wild greens. The portions are large, either go for the... More

Friday night and the place was completely full... Thank god our friends had reservations... Even if a bit lacking on vegetarian options I loved the variety of options and frankly the fact they had chicken liver on their menu... The server was nice and all but she should have stopped apologizing that it was her second shift and wasn't sure... More

We live more than an hour away from Tosca so we don't visit as often as we would like but it has become our "go-to" for special occasions. Such an occasion brought us to Tosca last Saturday evening. I don't have a word that can express what a total mind blowing experience this was. The service is impeccable....the best anywhere.... More
