Whilst I would agree that the food is more American than Italian it is tasty and well cooked. The service is exemplary and the ambiance is interesting.

Ate at this restaurant last night, along with 10 family members and friends, to celebrate a college graduation. It's been a while since we were last here because we live quite a distance away, but our last experience was so outstanding that we were excited to eat here again. And we were not disappointed. Everything - and I mean everything,... More

On a day, Easter Sunday, when delays and overcrowding are often the norm at upscale restaurants, none of that was to be found at Tosca. From the moment we arrived, early at that, to the moment we left, we were treated as if we were special. It appeared that all their guests received the same attention & treatment. The Bartender,... The restaurant is elegant, expensive and not without fashion. We were a party f 5 and got seated ride away without a reservation. The kitchen is visible from the counter, it is entertaining and always a good sign that they have nothing to hide. Overall I liked it, but from the restaurant ranked first in Hingham I would have expected... More

Stop in Last night as a guest to honor Tosca's 21 Anniversary. Staff was as always very gracious and the food was fabulous. Hard to find this kind of place.

I had made reservations for 6 people to celebrate the engagement of my niece and her fiancé. Knowing that this was a special dinner the entire staff made this a memorable and extra special event. Robin, our waitress (who, BTW, we will ask for every time we dine at Tosca because she is outstanding !!!) helped me make the table... More

...you can anticipate where this is going. On atmosphere and service, Tosca would rate a 12. But the food is average, OK but not unusual, especially for the price. My companion had their chicken dish, a dish that is usually a signature item at most restaurants, but that turned out not to be the case, just so-so. I had the... More

My husband and I love to eat out. We generally go to Boston or Cambridge to try out new places. However, our new focus is to support local businesses and eat close by. We came to Tosca for a romantic dinner for two. The place is just beautifully decorated, just enough light to make you feel like you are alone... More

Went there last night for dinner and this place never fails to deliver. We started with a cheese board, which had an assortment of four artisan cheeses. Delicious, as was the olive tapenade and bread that they brought to our table. My wife had the signature Seafood Stew and I had the Sirloin Medallions. Both were fantastic. Given how expertly... My daughter suggested Tosca to celebrate an important event. She is a vegetarian and they have no special dishes on the menu. She saw a pasta dish on the menu and asked that it be prepared in a special way. Magic, the dish was perfect. As a card carrying carnivore I was also very pleased. He setting is elegant and everything... More
