If you like hand cut fries and beer battered fish...this place is for you. The portion is large and served wrapped in newspaper. I particularly liked that it was very hot and it stayed hot until I was finished. I actually couldn't finish it all....

Our group of 7 recently enjoyed an amazing dinner at the Peddlars Daughter. We ordered a variety of entrees & several appetizers. Every dish was exceptional! Everything is house made, from the main courses to the condiments. I had the fish and chips that came wrapped in newspaper--- so veddy British! Every item we tasted was delicious and fresh. The... I miss haverhill and my old haunt the Peds. The food is always wonderful pub fare that reminds me of Gus O Connors in Doolin. Fish and chips and Leekey soup are the best. Try Irish nachos and corned need quesadilla for an American twist to Irish food. Guinness is perfectly poured by Ashley and Melissa. Come fall have a... More

We live in Bradford and have enjoyed this fish & chips at the Peddler's Daughter for the last 12 years. This is our go to place when we want to bring guests to a fun & different kind of place that isn't like every chain restaurant out there. Our complaint isn't about the food or drinks, those have been great,... More

What a pleasure over the "let's get drunk bar". where patrons sit dead-eyed watching giant screen televisions and where the art of conversation died with prohibition. I live next door. I would love to go to this place more often, but beer (excellent selection) is something I have to limit. The environment is warm. Music as well as conversation is... More

This quaint basement location has so much character. Great decor. The food was very good although I found the menu some what limited. Service was excellent, but I really wish that they would heat the place in the winter months.

Went to the Peddlers Daughter for lunch recently. Had a good burger with blue cheese. The bar atmosphere is nice. I know from previous visits that at night time it is dark and cozy and has good beers!

My friend and I were looking for Irish food when we found the Peddlers Daughter in Haverhill. I enjoyed the story on the menu with the historical information (however, just the other day I saw the same restaurant in Nashua so now I wonder if it's a chain). The decor was interesting. A medley of Irish-themed, random, and beer advertising.... More

This was my second time at this restaurant; the first was several years ago. I came with a friend and we both enjoyed it greatly. Very pleasant atmosphere--lots of wood--and the booth we were in was comfortable. I had the Irish Style Pork Bangers, which was completely new for me so I didn't know what to expect. It was delicious!... More

Had a family gathering here and they had tables all set up and waiting. Great wait staff and the food was awesome. Great atmosphere.
